Even my governor Jay "The Snake" Inslee is getting in on the action. He's been Joe masks/lockdowns the whole time but now he pulls a 180. Meanwhile in Washington state the death rate is the highest its been in a year. Hospitalizations are falling a little. Cases are falling but shouldn't we still be on the lookout for variants? May not be popular on TBD but it is with me. I think this decision had ZERO to do with the kick in the playoff game. May have been decided even before that. It was the massive amount of kicking teams blunders and penalties throughout the season. The blocked punt cuz they kicker only lined 13 yards back. The fumble in the Indy game. Other muffs. A TD called back. Kicking teams, which we have players on the roster for just that purpose, is way too important to have that many blunders. We all know intamately that in the playoffs the difference between win and go home can come down to kicking teams. Its not acceptable and he's gone.

I can understand where President Biden's coming from. If the border patrol or whoever arrested you and took your child somewhere else and lost them and never gave them back, I could see how they should be compensated. What if the NYPD pulled you over, took you to jail and took your kid and lost him/her never to be seen again. $450,000 wouldn't even start the conversation.

They're not. No one is. Why would they? In bidness its called product differation. You want that. Its what sets you apart from the competition so they purchase yours as opposed to the competition's. Same is true in politics. If your party works with the other party and you come together to get things done to help the people that elected you there would be no difference. Why choose one over the other. If they haggle with the opposition and call out all their bad stuff, you can get more people to vote for you than actually doing your job. You seem to be working from the misconception that it is all on the up and up and people are fairly elected to do what's fair and honest and good for the American people. There's too much power and money at stake for it to work that way.
