  1. It would improve our QB depth chart, that's for sure.
  2. It was a really good look for Max. http://tailgatefan.cbslocal.com/2013/11/22/top-10-football-players-wed-like-to-tailgate-with/
  3. I think there's a lesson here. One of the greatest offensive minds in football today with a top notch QB in first place, thinks it would help to have better WRs. Yet our brain trusts over the years think guys like Stevie Johnson, Brad Smith, Deonte Thompson, Derek Holmes, Ray Ray etc will do just fine. The Bills will never have a good offense or a good QB until we start viewing the WR position like Bill Bellyache does. Or Atlanta. With Julio Jones, Matt Ryan, and Sanu on board, they trade up to round one for Ridley. It's a passing league. You gotta have guys who can catch anything in their zip code if you want to compete in a passing league.
  4. Sounds like nfl player privilege. Is there any substance at all to the Mr Big Stuff allegations beyond pure speculation?
  5. I will be there. Looking forward to it.
  6. I'm gonna ride the rally bus from Dinosaur BBQ downtown buffalo to game. I'll let you know how it works out.
  7. I didn't forget. I wanted him to sit all year. But we had to play him because we have no one else because our brain trust traded away 2 guys that could have.
  8. Works for me. Makes me feel good that the other guys suck almost as much as our guy. Win win. Process baby.
  9. If we didn't deserve it, who did? the Bills have played the Dalton role before. Leodis picking off Fit z in the EZ in 2015 for example. Sure the AFC may have been down ,but we capitalized on it for once. Good for us. Makes me happy. And if other teams were better why didn't they end up ahead of us instead of behind? Puzzling. go Bills !!!
  10. I'm going to be at that game. I hope he plays. Coach McDermott says he's week to week. Maybe next week.
  11. There is going to be another season next year and we're going to need a good RB. Also, do we really need to create a new hole?
  12. I mean go balls out to win every game no matter what. A Sunday when we win is a whole lotta fun. A lot more than when we lose. I want the Bills to win as many as they can. I don't want to take my medicine and have a lot less fun by losing for a couple of years for a possible maybe. Maybe you do. If so, this is your year. Reminds me of the BS line my Mom fed me about if I was good Santa would bring me more gifts. I just don't think a team has to tanK and dump good players and suck for a few years to be good. I don't think it works very often.
  13. I vote for Brock. At least if he gets in in the regular season we still have a chance. Fish aren't even paying him 1 mil.
  14. yuck Who's is better? I like football suits that look like football suits (Bills/Bears/Philly/Cowboys/Giants) as opposed to what Nike has done to most college teams and the Seahawks/Jaguars/Bucs. Old school. I admit it.
  15. OK, this officially makes Coach McDermott anti-Chan. Chan was an offensive guy with a decent offense and fielded historically bad Defenses. Now Coach McDermott is a defensive guy with a decent defense and fields historically bad Offenses.
  16. I agree. With our inept QB play, we can't really effectively run a NFL passing offense. So we should throw in some razzle dazzle. Double reverse. Halfback pass. Run some plays with Ivory and Shady in at the same time. Run some wild cat. Run the Philly Shuffle. FAke punt. Maybe 5 or 6 a game. Bill Bellyache and Doug Peterson ran a trick play in the SB. If you catch them off guard could be a big gain or a TD.
  17. It did count when the Steelers got in because Leodis picked off Fitz in the EZ in the 4th quarter vs the Jets at the Ralph 3 years ago :).
  18. I'm not going anywhere, don't worry. Wrist slitting is no my style. I do appreciate your concern though. Go BILLS !!
  19. Handle it as you see fit. I'll handle it as I see fit. Cool?
  20. I love this sentiment that if you don't want to tank and have 2 or bad seasons in a row in the hopes that maybe we might be good someday, then you are happy with 8-8- forever. Dumb. there is more than one way to skin a cat. how about we get competitive and stay there a few years. Establish yourselves as a place FAs WANT to come to Doubt seriously quality Offensive FAs will be lining up to sign on with the worst offense in the NFL on one of the worst teams in the NFL. We'll have to pay which will put us in, you guessed it, cap hell all over again. Winning begets winning. Losing begets more losing usually.
  21. Remains to be seen and far from a given. At the risk of sounding like a guy that is happy to go 9-7, before we decide we need to dump everything because we can never win the SB with what we have (no way of knowing really), how about we just try to be competitive for a while and build from there? Too late now I guess. I hope you're right.
  22. Rex didn't know how many guys needed to be on the field. With McDermott, we get 11, but they don't know where to line up.
