  1. I just think the term "retarded" used in this type of context is ignorant. You really can't think up a less offensive word? Maybe its stupid to get upset about it because it's a word, but even a small vocabulary can come up with a synonym.
  2. Thats my problem right now too. I am 26, single and just started a new job in a new city and I just don't like it'd be right to take one home right now. Hopefully once I get a little more settled in my job I can be around more for the pooch. Also, I was thinking about this they other day, the dogs are rescued from pounds and fostered by families. Many of the dogs are a year old + so many are house broken and crate trained. I see that as an advantage because he or she wouldn't be messing up my carpets! Dude, God Bless you for trying! I would do exactly the same. Keep up the good work and stay strong. Remember, its not all humans, just the scumbags.
  3. I find this really fascinating too. Does anyone know when the Voyager was initially launched?
  4. Every Saturday a Rescue Dog Organization has an adoption event at the local Petsmart. I go every Saturday to say hi to the dogs. Someday, I'll take one home with me, but the time isn't right just yet. Soon tho.
  5. Thats nuts. People are crazy. Just insane.
  6. I agree with the general idea of this post. I'll never give up on the Bills. They are my team. I've loved them since I was 4 years old and Bruce only got a safety, not a sack with a forced fumble in the endzone. I do not follow blindly, I feel like I am in tune with the team's real talent. I don't give up hope though, because the games are decided on the field. They have to play in order to have a record. I'll watch every game, with the same hope that they can win. Usually there is an "if" snuggled in there, but I'll always watch. They're my team.
  7. It'll be Tyler. "Tippecanoe And Tyler Too!"
  8. We go to the west coast.
  9. This move makes me mad. Regardless of the reasons, he has been one of the Best Bills throughout this pitiful decade. I get it, but I'm not happy about it.
  10. Haters gonna hate. This board has gone down hill. Used to enjoy coming here and reading for a few, but now it sucks. Its a habit I am trying to break. Really, really don't get how so many "fans" of the Bills can hate this team so much.
  11. Don Beebe stepping out of bounds but still having the wherewithal to catch the football and score! Don Beebe was never ineligible!
  12. Concussion...concution...Hey at least we sounded it out...
  13. Anyone wanna give us a photo break down of that dude wearing 51 Green and let us see his impact? LOL
  14. Yawn. He is a Bengal. We didn't draft him so who cares?
  15. Yup. This topic hasn't been discussed or beaten to death. I'm excited to see what everything thinks again.
  16. So which is it? You only watch the Bills because you like Fred and you prefer individual achievement, or the Bills make you upset because you perceive them to be incompetent? Can't have it both ways... You either like the team and they players they have, or you like individual players on multiple teams. If its the latter then you shouldn't care if you think the Bills coaches fail to make adjustments and the players are inconsistent...
  17. Berry got hurt later in the game on a non-contact play. If his knee was weak after a clean downfield block by a WR his trainers and coaching staff should have done a better job of recognizing the potential for further injury and kept him on the sidelines.
  18. I have a Kelly that I wear and one with my name on it. I want to buy a Freddie Jackson jersey cuz it will never get old. He'll be forever loved by Bills fans IMO.
  19. Agree here. My heart goes out...
  20. Snu Snu is my favorite...Really thought Fry wasn't gonna make. Kiff was a real wuss about...
  21. Martin and Smith were active for their specialty roles. Also, Martin seems to be Nelson's main back-up in the slot, and Chan probably felt that CJ and Fred could be used in the WR role and to stretch the defense. Its always a numbers game, and you have to decide where you want your depth. Obviously, special teams is where Chan wanted his depth, and he felt that CJ could provide the same kind of speed on the outside.
  22. There are other threads for talking about Fitz's game and the lack of pass rush...
