I think the Bills emptied the tanks for MNF against the Pats. I expect the Bears to roll in this one.

If anything there won't be any excuses for McDermott to keep him on the roster next year if he continues to play terribly.

Start with the offensive line and work your way out. Find some WRs who can get open in space and make it easier on the QB.

Zay is the perfect slot WR. Now get 2 other WRs to play on the outside and we may finally have something. Must draft top WR in the upcoming draft and pair it with some FA signings.

Foles is not worth signing to a long term deal which is what it would take. Just because a guy is good in a system doesn't mean he would be the same in another system.

At least tonight’s game would be more interesting to watch if Peterman started. Holding your breath ever time Peterman throws an out and wondering if pass about to get picked off. That Indy game was a snooze fest.

We need another developmental prospect so even if he is signed to the practice squad wouldn't be a bad move.

We are not signing him to an extension. So if I was the GM I would be looking to move players who won't be here long term. Too many injury concerns plus I worry about motivation once he does get paid. He is going to need and take a 1 yr prove it deal next year from some team to show he can produce at a high level.

Yeah but why give this FO and McDermott any reason to keep Peterman on this roster beyond this season? If he flames out cut him once Allen is healthy. Anderson won't be here next year so I see no reason why Peterman shouldn't be playing. A L is still a loss at the end of the day and I rather lose with Peterman vs Anderson at this point.

I think the right decision was to start Peterman even this past week against the Colts. It will give Beane/McDermott no excuses to keep him on the roster next year if he flames out. There is no benefit to starting Anderson as we are probably going to lose regardless. Hopefully Allen heals up quick and the Peterman experiment ends if he can't turn things around.

The problem was the amount of money he was making. FO did the smart move in trading and getting a 3rd. The relationship had run its course and it was time to move on. The bad move was relying on Peterman and not having a veteran QB on the roster after trading McCarron.

Been saying there is no point to Anderson playing. He needs to be on the bench right next to Allen. Not sure why Daboll waited till now to show up on the sidelines. He should have been been down here with a rookie playing. I still say start Peterman until Allen is healthy. If he is terrible there will be no option for McDermott to keep him on the roster for next season.

Why Bills aren’t going anywhere and the schedule eases up in the 2nd half. One healthy start Allen and rebuild the entire offense in the offseason.

Give us a 5th and Deonte Thompson back they can have him.

If you have a Franchise QB and the team is successful players will come.

Obviously if he wins every game Allen is out then they have no choice but to stick with the Veteran. I don't see things going that way and would put Allen back in when healthy. If Anderson plays well enough it is possible they won't bring Allen back in until they have been eliminated from playoff consideration.

Well hopefully he puts in a little more effort in this week. I have seen all I need to from this bum. Hopefully he is off the team sooner than later.

They can't keep Peterson on the roster next year and still say they are developing him. Once Allen is healthy he should be cut. Would rather Peterman be sent out there to sink or swim while Allen is out so this doesn't drag into next year. Also, prefer Anderson on the bench right next to Allen going over things during the game with him. I see no real benefit to Anderson playing other than possible mutiny within the team so I understand why decision had to be made.

Not interested in hitching wagon to career backup and making another Fitz mistake. I would rather draft another QB high than go this route. Bills are not winning a Super Bowl this year with this offensive roster and that would be the only consideration I would give to Foles if we had a team that could compete for a championship.

I rather have Anderson on the bench with Allen as they go through the game and watch it together from the sidelines. Put Peterman to the wolves let him sink or swim. If he tanks there will be no reason to bring him back next year which is my biggest fear and hope we don't repeat the same mistake again with him as the back up.

Definitely and that is why he isn't here anymore. He was getting paid too much and the team decided to cut ties. If he was making back up money he would probably still be on this team. I am all in on Allen developing as we have no better options at our disposal. Now it is looking like he can't play this week. I say put Peterman out there until he is ready to come back as we can't have him on this team next year if he can't be depended on to be the backup QB. If he plays himself off the team so be it.

McDermott would be stupid to care what the fans think. What matters is the pulse of that locker room and discussing this with the leadership council on the team to make sure everyone is on the same page. If Allen can't play they have to go with the best option they have. If that is Peterman so be it everyone will have to get on board.
