After making switch to bigger slower receivers that can block. Will be nice if they can get Shaheed a deep threat who can stretch defenses and something missing in this offense since John Brown was on team. Combo of Beasley, Brown and Diggs was the best this passing offense has ever looked. I do worry about the scheme. We now have elite run game which is what McDermott has always wanted but the passing offense has lacked consistency and rhythm since Brady has taken over.

This defense will live and die off turnovers.

3rd for Shaheed looks like is the starting point. I wouldn’t be against it but would also be interested to see what the price is for BTJ.

If Jags are willing to listen to offers on BTJ something must be wrong either mental, attitude, or work ethic issues. Wanted BTJ in the draft and would still want team to do their due diligence on any player that could help improve team.

Just so easy for KC then add the penalties on top of that in their favor making them difficult to beat.

There is no excuses not to get the #1 seed this year but of course this team makes everything difficult for themselves. We have been in position to get the #1 seed multiple times in the past but choke games away they have no business losing if this is supposed to be championship level team. Will be extremely annoyed if they fumble this opportunity again. The less games this defense plays come the postseason the better. There is only so much Allen can do to carry team as demonstrated these past 2 weeks. If he doesn't have A game every week team is extremely beatable.

Literally called September champs for a reason. Start hot and then drop games they have no business losing if you are a championship caliber team. Every season without fail lose inexplicable games. No reason not to get the #1 seed this season which I believe is critical for them reaching the Super Bowl.

Would start with the Saints and inquire about Olave and Shaheed. Shaheed maybe more realistic and would like someone with speed to take top off defense something we haven't had since John Brown.

Lack of rhythm in the passing game has been an issue since Brady has taken over. They came out early and started incorporating more play action which was nice to finally see. With guys struggling to get off man coverage need to find creative ways to get guys open. Plus no idea why we don't incorporate the RBs more in the passing game as those are some of the best playmakers we have. They did that 1 drive in the 2nd half where we drive down field and score easily. Mahomes consistently checks down to the RB and takes the easy play. Offense is too reliant on Allen to make plays off schedule some of which I attribute to the QB and talent around him. However, it seems there are never easy plays to be made in this offense and everything is a struggle if the run game isn't effective.

I am not gonna go crazy over this loss. Hopefully, the bye week allows them to get some guys back and focus on fixing things. Getting the #1 seed and Bye is critical for this team to make it to the Super Bowl. Beane needs to be on the phone looking for upgrades and going all in with a wide open AFC this year. KC is KC but I don’t think there is 1 really Elite team this year. Find a WR that can separate like Shaheed and another CB/S to help in the secondary.
