    Kap was pretty awesome at times in his first 2.5 seasons as a starter, both running and throwing. Then Harbaugh left the Niners, Jim Thomsula took over in, Kap struggled and was benched. Kelly took over the next season and named Gabbert the starter but Kap seemed to rebound when he started vs the Bills in week 6 and finished the year strong but the team stunk.

    Yeah, I've seen several comments that made it sound as a positive to compare Jackson to Vick. To me, Vick had one great year (2010 with Philly) and a couple of good years. It was common for him to have games where he completed less than 50% of his passes. He finished his career at 56%. His QB rating was usually mediocre (80 for career) and he committed a fair amount of turnovers.

    With their history of having traded away Watkins, Darby, Dareus, Ragland and trading for Benjamin, I wouldn't be totally surprised if McCoy was traded.

    Yes, that sounds about right. That's like the career of Philip Rivers. NFL football is a team game so it's not his fault his Chargers have been to only one AFC Championship game and no Super Bowls but he's taken them to the playoffs 5 times and has contended in most of the others.

    Same as was said during the Combine broadcast about 2 Heisman winners in the QB group. Winning the Heisman means nothing towards NFL success.

    In watching the Combine, Mayock frequently pointed out how Josh Allen had a great stride to his drop which would put him in a great position in the pocket while Jackson took shorter steps and only went back about 5 yards. That's something that could be taught. Still, if the Bills do not move up for one of the top 4, I'd be OK taking a Jackson or Rudolph at 21.

    Elway has shown the willingness to go after QBs but his track record on drafted QBs is poor.

    Jets and Giants would both be stupid for passing on him. Can you imagine a Jewish star QB in New York?
