Lying should be met with equal consequences.... Going to a college party and posing as a college student is not ok. Phyiscal rape, if guilty it don't matter the age, but statutory rape that was found after the fact based on false pretenses... come on.

but there are witnesses she was telling people she was going to college.... so how is a person supposed to know... nobody asks for ID here. If he knew and committed the offense then yes he is guilty, but if he going by info she fed him then... if he unwittingly commited statutory rape based upon info known at the time , then I'm not going to hold that against Matt. If he knew then yes he deserves what he gets

The rape could of happened afterwards and Matt was not involved If she was raped at a college party with lots of people is he resposible for her custody after a consensual relationship.

he appears to be trying to win the court of opinion. He relased her journal notes, and publicly posted a request for Matt to hire an attorney. San Diego police department has not made any arrests here and they have the rape kit info that is months old. Not sure what to think of that, but SDPD may be looking for others who are not of the accused If it was inconclusive I think that info would have been released to the victims lawyer. Hard to say what the victims laywer is doing here... Speculation is he is trying to pressure them for the results, which does seem weirdly odd, but maybe the results point to others and not the accused, because if the accused show up in the rape kit test they would have been arrested.

If he escorted here to a room is he resposible if a bunch of others walked in and took advantage, Did he tell his teammates hey I got Girl in the room waiting for all of you. I don't think pass to run ratio will change much, but we were woefully unable to sustain any running game when we did for much of the season. We relied on QB designed runs too much ass well.
