  1. I seriously doubt this myself. I believe this was the wake up call the team really needed at that point to power them through. The team was getting beat every which way the weeks before.. A bold move needed to be made, and I believe it made an attitude adjustment to the team. Also Might of even been what Peterman needed to get us through most of that the snow game. Really bummed he got injured there as he was getting into a bit of rhythm. I do fully agree with going back to TT and finishing the year with him was the proper move , and felt that way when Peterman tanked against the chargers. However there were some behind the scenes effects that were positive IMO
  2. I have to laugh at the OP's post For the reason that they gutted 2 former 1st rd picks and an entire Defensive backfield / WR core and yet here we are. I do give kudos to the coaches for going with players who want to be here and want to do the job they are asked to do.. I honestly believe that is the only way this team, with the player turnover we had this year, actually made the playoffs.
  3. Thanks for the late TD pass against the Ravens Andy. We would like to part ways now, thanks but no thanks
  4. I agree.. However I still Billieve just the same. I do think this team can pull the upset in Jax
  5. Hind sight being 20/20 Watkins was a desperate move to try and make EJ a legitimate QB.. I was surprised but not sad with the trades of both Watkins and Dareus. Both showed splashes of greatness both underwhelmed when looking at their full body of work. Yes Watkins has a bit of a QB excuse, but nothing changed for him in LA so got to start thinking its Sammy. I mean Woods had a MUCH better season in LA. Dareus had good help most of his time here so no excuses for him.
  6. How many of those "Jag" fans are looking to resell for profit ????
  7. Never saw that one.. That was knee slapping hilarious
  8. I understand the frustration but its no excuse to devolve... the only way to satisfy us is to beat them and to beat them with there best players on the field. A dirty hit for the sake of temporary satisfaction will not ail what is really hurting us.. We need the WIN NOW I am all for hitting the man hard and treating Brady like a rag doll but I would take no satisfaction if we have to resort to Cobra Kai
  9. LOL, yeah it was worthy of a chuckle, and then some head shaking and a few tears because the last line is probably true
  10. There is no room at all ever for wishing injury on another player. I can't beleive some here even consider it an option. Those who are suggesting a cheap shot are right up there with the drunk table jumper staples in the head meathead or the I'm on fire guy
  11. when did "SOME" Bills fans become so off the charts idiotic I'm all for some crazy fun, but this stuff has become pathetic sad and embarassing
  12. only answer is to win
  13. You give him a chance to dig his way out.. But a couple of those early picks were not on him I don't think it had any real affect on him becuase he looked more poised in the snow game. if anything it opened his eyes.. If the kid has got a shot ant a long career shaking off games liek that is a good sign.. Still need to see more of him, but i was ok with the decisions then.. Not as long as you have been obvioulsy.. Keep up the yuks but you had to try, and what happened after that QB swap.... were back in the playoff conversation... Call it what you will but TT wasn't looking so good and the you make the QB change.. Understood the decsion and I stil agree with it
  14. I still can't beleive people are upset about starting Peterman agianst the chargers.. TT was looking putrid and ytou need to shake things up. Starting Peterman might have been the match that was lit under T and the the rest of team and quite possibly is the only reason why we are still in contention. This team lost horendously to the Jets and the Saints... the QB change WAS THE INTETLLIGENT DECISION. I fail to see how anyone could possibly think TT or the team didn't deserve it at that point. 2 huge blowouts with anemic offense production Sure we could of swapped all 11 playe on D or the other 10 on O but in reality the only meanigful move and the one with the most impact for us was QB swap
  15. Yet here we are playing meanigful football Mid late December. I think a good coach and gm combo can find the players and get them to play. I like what i see and I'm looking forward
  16. succesfully pressure Brady and Gronk is out of the equation
  17. If he plays a few more years for us and stays classy for sure.. The guy is dynamite.. If we get upgrades on the OL he still has a couple career seasons ahead of him IMO.. he seems to like Buffalo so I can see it happening Its always risky with high paid RB's. The league has changed so the hey day of RBs is mostly in the past.. but Shady is proving to be a dynamic RB
  18. Yep as I said Cutler has been known to put up his share of turds.. Hopefully he has a another Turdsday when we play him again
  19. I still don't blame the QB change on McD because if anything the benching lit a bit of a fire under the team as a whole.. Will suck if that Chargers game becomes the one we needed but I was ok with the change then and understood it because I saw a team where the wheels were coming off fast at that point.. The fact they got back together for a few wins is just as impressive in my eyes. Some complaints but overall McD has this team playing better that they looked on paper at the beginning of the season
  20. We don't have great pressure with a 4 man front so game plan is where its got to come from.. This one will be a judgement on coaching IMO Here is hoping
  21. Yep should of had that bomb pass didn't even go up and get it.. But I'm not giving up on him. These are things that can be corrected... But 1st impressions not great at all
  22. She was solid but it took some getting used to for sure.. My wife was like "his voice sounds weird"
  23. Maybe not "more talented" in the literal sense but more talented by perception since a HOF QB makes an entire team appear better. its a QB driven league... A HOF QB will make the WR OL TE and Running game better A HOF QB will also make the entire defense appear better by keeping them off the field and rested and forcing other teams offense into shoot out situaitons
  24. IMO it doesn't matter who starts TT has expereince and can be dynamic but I agree the formula for keeping him contain limits his abilities Peterman has the quick pass and arm to make plays but is inexpereince Either one who starts gives us strengths and weaknesses... It'll come down to execution from the rest of the team
