  1. If you can't throw for at least 100 yds in any game you play for 3 or more quarters, its a no brainer. Start the next guy heck I'd say in a half of play any QB in this league should be able ot put up 100, unless the running game is working rediculoulsy well
  2. My reaction will be simply turning towards the 2018 draft.. 1 game shouldn't be a deciding factor but honestly I expect him to be better in the 1st few games he starts and then see how he adjusts to teams that now have tape on him and can prepare for him
  3. I'm just looking for a solid outing. A mixture of throws as well as the abilty to continue ot hit the quick passes while and not having to check down too often..From there its how he grows an dhow he reacts ot teams that now have tape on his tendecies. Does he adapt or does he get stuck in a rut ? He's shown enough to at least be a little excited ot see
  4. Thats the issue.. Viewership is declining the game is becoming unaffordable for many to attend, and much of the youth doesn't find it a worthwhile passtime. Coupled with the the fact soccer is gaining some popularity, many parents including NFL players won't even let their own kids polay football and the inevitable decline in the the game and its present decline in quality doesn't bode well for the long term. its inevitable IMO... However as long as Bills fans can tailgate and party on a Sunday like Monday doesn;t exist then it should remain popular here for awhile, but our younger generations don't party like we used to. Today's party scenes aren't football friendly.. None of my nieces nephews or cousins are interested in buying tickets or watchgn the games on Sunday...
  5. After watchng the Peterman tapes I agree... Those quick passes are paramount to a succesful Offense in this league
  6. Blown away about this decision.. Change is good.. This is solid move.... Here's hoping Nathan is the 2nd coming of all the great QB's to ever play this game
  7. Our glass turned out ot be a cheap plastic cup laying on the ground and cracked after a Lady GaGa concert
  8. snap out of it.. The majority of the world is very passionate about futbol. And kids today will have more affection for the game then we would...
  9. All my nieces and nephews play soccer... The fields are loaded I live north of Seattle these days and the popularity here is off the charts. I don't understand it but its gaining major momentum.. Sad IMO.. I always tell people why watch soccer when there is the exact same game being played already. One that is a lot faster more physical and offers more scoring.. Its called Hockey
  10. Unfortunatley the reality is more and more kids are growing up playing Soccer and that will be the sport most of the best talent migrates to in the the next couple of decades... If you grow up playing Futbol you don't switch over to football unless you're not good enough to play the sport you loved as a kid. Brain injuries and the brutality that is Football will continue its decline in popularitry. I called this 10 years ago when it became obvious that many NFL players wouldn't let their own kids play football and the soccer fields were loaded wit young kids
  11. I agree... TT has become the 2nd coming of captain checkdown After watching th etape of Peterman I am behind this thought process... Just hate to see us ruin another young QB early.. but thats just my Bills parnaoia talking
  12. Watching Peterman that may be true... I'd just hate to see the young guy destroyed
  13. The wheels are off the wagon... there will be no playoffs... no way no how. And I actually thought I saw some hope 3 weeks ago... It would be refreshing to see a bold move in QB changes but I doubt it happens... QB is not th eonly problem this team has obvioulsy
  14. Just watch the video.. Yeah he looks decent, unfortunately it will take another loss or 3 before they fully pull TT IMO...
  15. This OL would get a QB killed... TT makes them look better at times but Shady has no where to run most times .. Peterman would probably get destroyed
  16. Nope not a Darues hater but doubt he was a difference maker on this team which is what he was paid to be. Dareus wasn't playing great football for us... so not going ot get my panties in a wad over that.
  17. Our OL is a mess.. TT is what he is and decent when the running game is working and he has time to do his thing. TT has made some solid plays this year but he is not going to be a great passer.. Peterman is not going to be a difference maker.. not this year The check downs are maddening but the Bills play that game hoping for, the running game takeaways and defense to keep them in it.
  18. we have to stick with this pair for at least 5 years for better or worse. Can't keep thinking the next one can instantly make it better because you need stability
  19. I'm in the camp of.. if jerrry wants him gone then I want Goodell to stay. I don't trust Jerry's vision for the future of this sport, and i agree with coach tuesday's comment above.... Whatever Jerry wants won't bode well for smaller markets or the NFL as a whole IMO
  20. Yep stirring the pot to get the radicals all worked up. Basic playbook in our society today and a result of opinion based internet based blogs news and forums. Sad what we've devolved into
  21. We're all looking for a team that can bounce back after such a game.. It would just be more proof that things are changing for the bills and McDermott is our guy
  22. Yes we need to win AFC east games in December, But if we fail to bounce back from the Thursday night Jets embarrassment then Bills fans should lose it.. Good teams heading for the playoffs bounce back and make statements.. Especially at home As for wildcard talk... Playoffs are the goal.. One game at time, and hopefully witnessing a team that is continuing to grow and get better bound for the playoffs
  23. I feel we have a good HC but the team still has major breakdowns especially on the road an during primetime games. These are things we still have to learn to overcome Playoffs still look iffy this year.. how we grow moving forward under McDermott is what I am looking at, and our December is going to be rough so we better win a few in a row
