The ownership has no respect for us
keepthefaith replied to Rebel101's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Some team is going to figure out how to build a massive running game that makes the QB less important and makes it hard for the opposition to win. The league has gone pass happy crazy and half or more of the teams simply can't win deploying such a complex passing offense. Somebody will buck the trend and figure this out. -
Peterman Could Play in Indy

I'm sure the Bills are doing everything they can to get DA ready to play Sunday. Nate's not going to overcome low self confidence and his other shortcomings with 1 week of practice. -
How much blame does Daboll deserve?
keepthefaith replied to RosenNOTchosen1's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I blame the coaches for not relying more on the running game. -
He's a free agent at the end of the year and he's under performing. He's not worth shyte in a trade. The only card his agent can play once he's a FA is to blame the lack of production on the Bills QB and OC. Someone will buy that.

Elected officials of both parties already enjoy these benefits and they'll never allow another party to infringe on that.

He's gotta have a confidence problem at this point which along with other shortcomings (lack of experience and some lack of arm talent) makes him not at all ready to play. When Allen and Anderson are healthy, Nate's gone or will be buried on the inactive list.

Can't agree that we're too close to the election. People are so short sighted these days the BK SC thing has probably lost some of its' luster already. Exposing more of the truth about the 2016/2017 FBI abuse would best be done in a week or two. Personally I think the Muller probe is holding all this up with Mueller and his team determined to drag out their work as long as possible simply to protect their comrades and friends. Not to mention extend their paychecks. That has to end first before Trump's DOJ will lower the boom. What we're also learning from all this is that the layers of protection among Washington bureaucrats and media are even thicker than we thought. It's proving very difficult to fully expose these people as the protection apparatus runs very deep.

Is Nathan Peterman Sean McDermotts love child?

If he's cut I doubt it is today. Personnel stuff is usually dealt with on Tuesdays when the players are off. -
So who do we want to start at qb this Sunday?
keepthefaith replied to Steptide's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
People might say they want Anderson to start until he's played a few games. -

Can anybody make a cogent argument in support of the Democrat Party's Federal agenda for our nation? Come to think of it, does anyone even know their true agenda? -
Is Nate Peteman the worst QB in NFL history?
keepthefaith replied to bills6969's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If you look at the play, the CB played it perfectly and Peterman made it easy for him. The CB saw Nate look right at KB, saw him wind up to throw and the CB broke on the ball immediately. Easy play. It wasn't arm strength that caused it. It was easily recognized and well timed by the CB. If any QB makes that same look and throw on that play it's a pick. Peterman makes it even a bit easier as he has a tendency to throw while still backing up or without really fully stepping into the throw which he also did on this play. It looks like he's so determined to throw the ball quickly that he doesn't give himself the best mechanics to get more velocity. It's hard to imagine Nate being on the roster come Wednesday. It's just too risky playing him. Maybe after working more on his mechanics and decision making he gets a shot somewhere as a depth QB next year. -
Democratic 2020 Presidential Primary Thread
keepthefaith replied to snafu's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
You need to be careful what you post. Your credibility 'round these parts is pretty damn high so when you top your list with Hillary, it's almost a guarantee and that is a ghastly thought. Let's hope the whole list runs. The primary season will be a food fight for the ages. -

Sure because a life spent mostly in the bubble academia and in coastal liberal Massachusetts makes you qualified. If Dems choose her it will be proof that the party learned nothing from recent elections. -

Is Hillary's ego big enough to cause her to run again? -
E15 is not widely sold, but I suppose it being approved year round may cause some states to adopt it. Big market increase for corn growers if so. We still subsidize corn farming?

Interesting article. I know many automotive engineers and they often joke with statements such as: "Don't worry about the safety of autonomous cars, they'll be just as reliable as your cell phone or Microsoft Windows because the same 20-something year olds will be writing the code". I do think that the autonomous car transition will be slow and a bit rocky due to the safety concerns and incidents that will unfortunately occur. Can't see individual driving being banned for a very very long time or never. Me, they'll have to pry my left hand off the wheel of a fossil fuel burning vehicle with my left foot on a clutch and my right hand on the shifter when I'm dead. -
