  1. Well said! And this is coming from someone who probably wouldn't be the Bills fan I am today without the influence of those 90s Bills teams. And I always wanted to see a reincarnated version of the 90s Bills because I was on the younger side during the first run. But too much time has passed. The game is completely different and there's really no parallel's over 30 years later. The 90s Bills will always have their place in history, it was a wild ride but this team has it's own thing going on that's pretty cool. I remember during the drought years we would always try to make comparisons about the 90s Bills teams but I think it's time to let these comparisons RIP. It is a new era and this Bills team is very relevant in today's NFL.
  2. Motley Crue- Louder Than Hell would be Perfect for a moment like this!
  3. There are lots of good ones to choose from but Carol Lambert on Step by Step was always at the top of my list
  4. When we play at our full capabilities there's not a team in this league that scares me. This is unchartered territory as a Bills fan but I'm liking it
  5. We deserve this!
  6. That's fair enough. I am still pretty skeptical myself but I would at least see how things play out this season before completely dropping them
  7. But they might be pretty close to finally turning the corner
  8. Can you elaborate? Not disputing your statement just curious what you mean by this?
  9. Interesting. I would have guessed that sprung up after the stadium opened
  10. I had to laugh at this part because this is literally a very common complaint floating around WNY right now...and it is so Buffalo
  11. I think when your a kid it doesn't matter as much to but as you become an adult and you have other things going on in life I think it makes a big difference in your level of attachment to a Sports team.
  12. As a kid I was a huge Chicago Bulls fan. Yeah of course it was an easy time to hop on the bandwagon but I was a fanatic. Even after Krause broke up the MJ Bulls teams I still claimed them as my team and always considered myself a Bulls fan. They had that brief resurgence with Derrick Rose around 2010-2012 that was alot of fun. But I have just completely lost interest in the NBA. Even though I love the city I have no personal connections to Chicago either so I just reached a point where I was no longer a Bulls fan anymore. But I will always have the childhood Nostalgia from the 90s Bulls.
  13. Work/life has been crazy lately so I haven't gotten a chance to read all the details but from the snippets I've seen it looks like some crazy stuff went on
  14. Just thinking about my picks for this and makes me sad we had undersized Jeff Wright at NT during the Super Bowl years
  15. I'm not a big 80s Metal/Hair band guy but there's an awesome 3 part docuseries on that era on Paramount Plus called Nothing But a Good Time. I watched the first installment so far and it was pretty wild. I'm pumped to watch part 2 tonight lol
  16. He was overshadowed back then by Barry, Emmett, and Thurman but yeah Ricky Waters was def a solid back
  17. I've seen it all over social media but haven't driven by it in person yet but will try to make it out that way soon. I remember visiting Cleveland 15 years or so ago and walking around downtown and seeing a giant Lebron James poster on a building just like this one and being jealous that our sports cursed cousins on Lake Erie had such a marquee superstar that made them relevant on the national sports scene. I wondered if the Bills would ever get there again and at that time it seemed pretty bleak. Well here we are, still pretty surreal that Josh F'n Allen is our quarterback of the Buffalo Bills and we are back on the map on the national sports scene!
  18. Done. Good luck Go Bills!
  19. I didn't hate that Patriots team back then, obviously we look at the Patriots much differently now lol
  20. I always had an appreciation for the old school monster stuffer Nose Tackles in the middle like Gilbert Brown, Tim Bowens, Jerry Ball
  21. Awesome collection...But WHY would you want to get rid of this??
  22. Barely. I thought they got outplayed by Cincy overall. The penalty that got called at the end of the game was legit but that really saved them
  23. That was an awesome watch. I really hope Lindy can get us back in the playoffs
  24. Wow that's crazy dude! So sorry you had to go through all that...but it sounds like the Bills and then your son's pop warner team made it all worthwhile in the end☺️ Definitely a fantastic game to be at in Miami!
  25. Just finished reading Playing From the Rough written by Jimmie James. It was about his pursuit of playing the Top 100 Golf courses in America in one year so it instantly appealed to me as a golf nut but it was also about so much more as he grew up in poverty and dealt with racism in the 60s. So this book was a reflection piece as he details how he came from such a background of exclusion but advanced his way to being a top executive at Exxon and was able to play the most privileged golf courses in America. A very fascinating and inspiring story.
