  1. Thanks. I must have missed it/deleted it without realizing what it was
  2. How did you guys find out about this? Was an email sent out or something?
  3. That character was HILARIOUS but apparently not a very accurate representation of Jerry West the person. He and his family were pretty pissed by the way he was depicted in that show. I mean just about everybody on that show was a caricature, the Larry Bird character being another glaring example. But anyways RIP to the great Jerry West
  4. It was amusing when it first came out. Used to watch it with the family on 4th of July and it became a bit of a tradition but it def got old and stale over time. I totally agree by banning Chestnut from competing people will tune out in droves.
  5. We park in a private lot, I was just curious about this and couldn't find any info about it anywhere else
  6. I had the local news on during lunch earlier and a saw a little blurb scroll across the bottom of the screen about the Bills requiring parking passes for the games this year but haven't seen any talk of this anywhere else. Thought for sure there would be something on here about it. Has anybody seen anything on this? I imagine this would only be for the official Bills owned parking lots which wouldn't affect me but still curious about the whole concept
  7. I'm a man of my word. It might have taken me 3 months to get to it but just watched Suburban Commando. Was a hoot. I still have Mr. Nanny higher though
  8. Oilers are cooked
  9. I have a vague recollection of Homer faking his death on an episode of the Simpsons because he didn't want to go into work that day
  10. While I agree that a lot of those guys were past their prime I wouldn't say any of them were washed up at that point. Really only Luc Robitaille was at the end of his career out of those guys. Just a completely stacked roster.
  11. Buffalo is a phenomenal architecture city. I think that's a point that gets lost on many people with Buffalo's reputation as being a blue collar rust belt city. Buffalo is known for being an awesome sports town with great food and bar scene but the architecture in the city is probably it's most underrated feature.
  12. The Panthers are the better team on paper but got outplayed by the Oilers in Game 1 but Bobrovsky stole them a Win. Not a good sign for Edmonton
  13. Looking forward to this series. Have a couple buddies coming over for Game 1 tonight. Go Panthers!
  14. I'm not a huge baseball guy but wasn't the 86 Mets considered loaded with high end talent?
  15. How did the Sabres not make it on this list??
  16. I like either Blizzard or Mammoth. Preferably hope it's the Blizzard. Would be a cool name for a hockey team
  17. Have to disagree there. The rare times the Sabres have still been playing in June the atmosphere around here is incredible
  18. Yeah I am surprised to hear this. I thought the rule was taken out long before the 2000's lol. But yeah sounds like it just became something they didn't enforce. Outside of that Bills Broncos game I can't recall seeing another game offhand where this penalty was actually called.
  19. At this point really just seeing the Bills win a Super Bowl is all that matters(which would hopefully include a home AFC championship game). I have experienced a lot of cool football stuff over the years...went to Canton for Thurman, Bruce and Ralph Wilson's inductions, have seen games at Lambeau, Arrowhead, Soldier Field, dome in New Orleans among a bunch of others. I feel pretty fulfilled as a football fan minus never experiencing the Bills go all the way Unrealistic Bucket list item- Attending a Super Bowl. This was more of something I always wanted to do when I was younger but at this point with how corporate and expensive it has gotten I really don't even care anymore. It would be cool to win free tickets somehow but it's something I'm never going to spend money on even if the Bills were in it.
  20. Those early 20s, carefree days are so special! It doesn't take long before the weight of the world crushes your spirit
  21. RIP. He was an unbelievable player
