  1. !@#$ patience. I've been a supportive, patient fan for my entire life. !@#$ it. Patience is part of what got us in this shithole in the first place. So !@#$ patience. I'd rather win.
  2. I had the same injury a few years ago. My Dr. said they don't generally do surgery on an MCL. I was better in a few weeks, and 100% after a month - and I was 42 at the time and old guys like me heal slower. Wood will be fine.
  3. Do this: Google "Rob Ryan Idiot", then google "Rob Ryan Idiot", then google "Rob Ryan Loudmouth" and you'll get your answer. You could also watch his stupid act on the sideline for a game or two.
  4. No. We don't need an obnoxious, blowhard buffoon of a coach to comete with the same thing in NY. Rex Ryan is making a mess of his team, and his brother is of the same ilk. Not a great idea, bro. Sometimes I think people like coaches just because they are obnoxious and get lots of face time on TV for being obnoxious.
  5. Se we would go from one inaccurate passer to an even more inaccurate passer? Sounds brilliant.
  6. Marcel looks slow and overweight. I'm sure his heart is heavy, along with his body. Add to that a sophomore slump, and you get crappy play.
  7. I can think of many better ways to spend my Sundays. This team is a waste of time.
  8. Could not possibly be more inaccurate than Fitz.
  9. Oh, so now it is because he hasn't gelled with his WRs? I thought it was playcalling? Here's the truth: Fitz is inaccurate. He misses wide open targets nearly as much as he hits them. He has a horrible, horrible deep ball. These are facts. We should deal honestly with them. I think you are avoiding the accuracy issue. He misses open targets with plenty of time to throw. Yesterday he missed Stevie twice, DJ once, Chandler once and Freddie once - all on short to medium routes. He overthrew two deep balls. How would allowing him to call his own plays improve his ability to hit open targets?
  10. I like the Wildcat if we don't pass from it. Think of it this way - when we use the wildcat, Fitz isn't throwing inaccurate passes. Addition by subtraction.
  11. I hear you, but Fitz is very inaccurate and can't be relied on to win a game for the Bills. Two horrible passes to SJ, one to DJ, one to Chandler, and another a *rookie* missed. You expect that out of a rookie. You don't expect horrible passes from your starting QB. I think our standards have been lowered if we're defending a bad QB because he can make calls at the line. If Fitz connected on just two of those passes the game would have been completely different.
  12. I was a fitz fan until the past few weeks. Today he missed Stevie Johnson twice, Donald Jones once, Scott Chandler once, and I thought there was another. As much as I want him to be good, Fitz really isn't that good. A decent NFL QB doesn't miss those throws. He's a liability, and that is unfortunate.
  13. Yes, what a waste of fashion opportunity. Screw a worthy cause, MrWilson60's fashion sense is offended!
  14. Liking chicken doesn't have to be political. He can eat there and hold a different opinion than the owners, who are entitled to think/say/do what they want. This is America. Personally, I would never eat there because I wouldn't want my money going to an organization that will use it for something I 100% disagree with, but who cares who eats there? Then again, it is only chicken, folks.
  15. Thanks to everyone who donated! Wendy reached her fundraising goal, and I know that some people from TBD helped. We really appreciate that! Also, there's a story on Wendy in the Brighton Pittsford Post this week: http://www.brightonp...hrough-recovery
  16. People who fight at games are friggin morons. All of them. Friggin' idiot neanderthals.
  17. Buerlein is mentally disabled. The whistle blew, and there was a hit OB. Penalty. Period. D-bag.
  18. And Winslow is going to learn the entire offense in 4 weeks? Um, no.
  19. Sorry I missed everyone. Car was in the shop and I had no transportation. The mechanic also stole my lunch money -- 4 months worth of lunch money.
  20. I'm as much an optimist as anyone here, but that game was pathetic. Most disturbing to me was the defense. Look, we all know Fitz is not a great quarterback, but we expected the defense to be much better. Yes, Fitz sucked, but we've seen that before. Maybe not as bad as this last game, but we know it is there. With the change in coaching, scheme, and young players, I knew there would be some growing pains for the defense. But not like that. I thought one defensive player would make a spectacular play, I thought the Bills might give up a big play or two at most. But to get dominated by a mediocre QB like Sanchez? Really? There's no excuse for that. I expected our defensive line to have an impact on the game, and they had none. So I think the negativity is fully justified. Until the Bills defense can show they can make a difference, my opinion is that they suck. Until Williams plays like he's paid to play, he sucks and is a waste fo !@#$ing money. Until the secondary covers someone, they suck. Until the linebackers deliver some massive hits on a TE across the middle, they suck. The Bills defense sucks. Chris Kelsay was the best defensive player on the field on Sunday. .......... Let that sink in for a minute, then try to be optimistic.
  21. 43, but still acting like a 12-year-old.
