Amazing video!!! Imo Josh Allen is already an all time great. Josh is obviously super gifted with arm strength but some of his throws that I marvel at the most are his midrange passes between the fingers of two defensive backs. Yes, he has a cannon but I've seen him throw Kenny Stabler type touch passes as well, let alone his 10 yard "shovel passs." And on top of all of this, the man is smart. All he (and of course us fans) need is a super bowl win. Josh is beyond great and a class act to boot. We are lucky beyond description to have him on the Bills.

Skip Bayless accused of sexual harassment
Bill from NYC replied to Ethan in Cleveland's topic in Off the Wall
This is not an easy case to pursue imo. 1.5 million would be awful hard to explain to his wife, let alone the IRS. The following is another strange case of sexual harassment. This police lieutennant claimed to be involved sexually with a top NYCPD chief. The affair (which the chief does not deny) lasted more than one year, during which the lieutennant was paid more than $200,000 in overtime that seemed to have been authorized by the chief. She sued the chief and the department for sexual harassment. The chief resigned, (obviously in an attempt to save his huge and otherwise well deserved pension). I cannot judge what happened because I obviously do not have the facts. That said, it would appear that they are both crooks, but again; I obviously do not have all of the facts. Perhaps nobody does. I never met Chief Maddrey but he is said to be a "very nice guy" lol. Either way, male menopause can be a strange, ugly thing. https://www.cbsnews.com/newyork/news/nypd-chief-jeffrey-maddrey-resigns/ What pisses me off is that when allegations are false, it falls back on the numerous women who are coerced into unwanted, forced, or quid pro quo sex. Women of lower incomes are often very susceptible to sexual harassment from their employers. But, in terms of the Bayless case, It is much easier to believe the groping allegations that the 1.5 million. Jmo. -

That would be a big time NO. I spent far too many on Times Square. -
Shun a friend Shun a brother and a friend Never look Never look around the bend Or check a weather chart Sign the Mona Lisa with a spray can, call it art But never give your love, my friend, Unto a foolish heart Unto a foolish heart RIP Robert Hunter

Shaking in the forest, what have you to fear? Here there may be tigers to punch you in the ear With gloves of stainless steel, bats carved out of bricks Knock you down and beat you up and give your ass a kick When push comes to shove, you're afraid of love RIP Robert Hunter

When the last bolt of sunshine hits the mountain And the stars start to splatter in the sky When the moon splits the southwest horizon With the scream of an eagle on the fly I will walk alone by the black muddy river And listen to the ripples as they moan I will walk alone by the black muddy river And sing me a song of my own

If you can abide it, let the hurdy-gurdy play Stranger ones have come by here Before, they flew away I will not condemn you, nor yet would I deny I would ask the same of you But failing, will not die Take up your china doll it's only fractured And just, a little nervous from the fall

Yes, I can't argue with that. That said, SMU was an utter disgrace and Indiana showed little. These teams were imposters. We will soon see what Clemson has. Ewers looks like he may have some problems, but I expect Texas to destroy them. You?

He can however make a pretty strong case.

There is not much in the above with which I can argue, other than the factor of discipline. In camp, DeBoer had ice cream trucks and blaring rap music. I don't have the stats but there was a notable increase in penalties. Malachi Moore (a great safety who never had any issues) had a meltdown on the field and a very costly penalty. These things might have caused Saban to have cardiac illness. Despite all of this I think that Milroe (not DeBoer) was the primary cause of Alabama losing three games. That said, do you think that Saban would have lost three games with this team, even with Milroe? I for one strongly doubt it if for no other reason, the discipline factor. I'm not sure that coaches will want to risk upsetting players now. I do however agree with you that the talent will be more spread out. I mean, Derrick Henry had to wait a full season on the bench before he started. Davonta Smith caught all of FOUR passes in his freshman season before his title winning TD pass. Things like this may never happen again. Or will they? I guess we will see how this all plays out.

I am not against NIL. I think that it should be regulated but I don't see how it can be unless the players form a union, but; even that seems like a difficult if not unlikely scenario. My question is: Do you think that NIL will decrease the quality of play both in the NCAA and the NFL? I ask this because I suspect that it may. Kids out of high school are paid hundreds of thousands of dollars, and I'm thinking that not many of them are equipped to handle this. I know that I wouldn't want to take a hit from Ruben Foster if I had a million dollars in my pocket. I also suspect that it will be harder for coaches to instill discipline in these kids, especially for "Saban style" coaches. This is obviously why he quit. He talked about the value of discipline for his entire career. This was an instrumental part of why he (and his players) were so successful, and countless players do and will attest to this. Now, a player can tell a coach to "f*^k off" and go sign with another team. I just can't see how this will not hurt the quality of play for many of the kids both short and long term. What am I missing?

What do I make of it? My conclusion is that because of Josh Allen, the Bills are good enough to beat any team, any place (to include a great team on the road, in a dome). The term "generational" gets tossed around WAY too much imo. That said, when one watches Josh Allen, one is viewing a "generational" talent. Personally, I think that Josh is a more talented, better QB than John Elway, and NO sports fans in the United States are more deserving of having this great player on our team than long suffering, loyal Bills Fans.

If you, or anyone wants to read a GREAT book about Detroit, here it is. The author Charlie Leduff is a bit screwy, but he is no joke. All of his books are very good but this one is simply great. Detroit makes the worst neighborhood in NYC look like Beverly Hills. This is easily in my top ten books that I have ever read. https://www.amazon.com/Detroit-American-Autopsy-Charlie-LeDuff/dp/0143124463

In a thread on this page when they were considering expanding the four team playoff, I called for putting an end to conference championship games. In addition to the confusion it caused this year, I think that the extra game (and injury risk) is unfair to the players. I know.....they are getting paid now, but; they are also risking their future careers with this extra, somewhat meaningless game. Getting rid of conference championship games makes total sense imo.
