In 2017, McDermott (as you know Beane wasn't there to blame) traded the Mahomes pick (#10) and selected Tre White. If we did not luck into Josh Allen the next year we would be the Browns, or close to it. In 2022, we actually traded UP and took Kaiir Elem. Disaster. My thing is that enough is enough. The above is really not a given. We all know every team has multiple injuries every season. If the Bills see an OT that they have a really high rating on it wouldn't be a mistake to draft him imo. Dion Dawkins is playing very well, but he will be 31 in April. This isn't old but again, injuries do occur and imo; the most important things that the Bills can do are to protect Josh Allen and provide him with weapons. For the sake of this post, I am going to assume that his two accusers might be Columbia graduates. If so, the possibility exists that they might be worth more than 5 million dollars each. A college degree was much more of a ticket to success 30 years ago than it is today. An Ivy League degree was gold. I don't know the facts of the case and refuse to speculate innocence or guilt. What I will say is that some great athletes are accustomed to getting their way. It has now come full circle with college players being given Lamborghinis to play on a football team, but; this mentality didn't just start. I don't know if Wiley is guilty.
