In this same time period, the Bills have drafted a total of 14 dbs and 11 defensive linemen. If you want to cite expenditures only at both positions you would be correct. It is great to see you posting!!! As to point one, Waddle is great. Almost any corner would struggle to cover him. If Waddle was on the Bills with Josh throwing to him he might lead the league in receivimg.
