Sat through it yesterday. My section upper deck should be mostly unaffected by snow/rain. Looked at end zone seats also. Was on the cusp of not getting direct weather, mostly because of the overhang of deck above. What they said was they built the stadium to have weather protection, but can’t guarantee you won’t. It all depends on how the weather hits the stadium. Gonna be interesting how it works when open. Can’t wait until it is!

Doesn’t this happen a lot? Giving us hope for the next season? My guess? When they decide to seek money for a new building, they miraculously will get better… 😂

Stadium Construction Discussion (No PSL/Seat selection posts)
davefan66 replied to JÂy RÛßeÒ's topic in The Stadium Wall
Asked that yesterday while choosing my tickets. Yes, Abbott will remain closed and there are no plans for elevated walkways. I do believe elevated walkways could be used at certain locations in the lots. We park Lot 7 and are at the mercy of the crosswalks delaying traffic egress. It would be great if they could figure a way to allow traffic and pedestrians to flow, not sure they can. -
I asked if the further from the fifty upper deck sections would be less and the sales guy said he didn’t know. I can’t imagine they are more line 2k further out.

So…all set!! Section 409. 2,500 per ticket PSL. Down payment of $1000 on the spot if choosing the 20 month payment option @$200 per month, or the M&T Bank finance option of 6 years at about $72 bucks per month and paying about $1,500 in interest. Seats have great leg room. Wider than current lower bowl seats. Only concern? Will be close to being underneath press box and up against the back wall of the section. Wonder if there will be problems with the sound? Otherwise, out of the weather perfectly! Had the option to look elsewhere for seats. End zones are the same PSL fees. Looked at both end zones and almost pulled the trigger on Section 150 aisle seats. 4 rows from the concourse. Liked them based on the ease to get to the seats and leave. Other endzone was cool seats next to some club seats? Not sure what the club is, but they looked like normal seats. Issue was, it was an end of the aisle seat up against the club seats which has a short divider between the club sections up against the seat…don’t want the rabble mixing with the club goers! 🤣 Was there about two hours. Didn’t feel pressured at all. Nice experience. Was concerned where my seats would be in the new stadium and cost! Figured it would be 1K to 2k based on what other tix were going for. Was off by just 500 bucks. Pretty much took my seat at The Ralph and put me in the new stadium! Pretty happy! Gonna miss some of the people I sit near, not sure if they will all end up in the same area or not. Parking for regular season ticket holders will be where the current lots are now (non ECC). There will be 3 new large lots up against the stadium that is for club seat owners. Eventually, the current stadium will be razed for additional parking.

Didn’t see any of this. Thanks for posting! I should be a bit less than $2500. I’m a section or so over from to what’s reported in upper deck. Unless I’m missing something. edit: Wonder if the 5K I’ve heard was for two tickets then…
-
I’ve heard 5 years 10% interest. You also have 0% if you can pay it off prior to stadium opening. Unsure of what the cutoff date is to pay it off.
-
Going today. Currently sit section 333 halfway up. Nervous how much the PSL’s will be. Heard 5k per seat…. Can’t believe that to be true.

Free Agent Lull.... are we done minus bit players or more to come?
davefan66 replied to JP51's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don’t know. No posturing by his camp like Cook. So I believe a contract is being worked on. Can they actually get one done? If one is done, Is that at the expense of signing Cook? Yeah, we have 29 million dead cap next year (heard that here, not sure the numbers), so feasibly next year should be better cap wise. With only a little over 4 million cap space, Beane needs to do something to sign the draft class and most likely a few bottom tier FA’s to fill holes. Not sure who is left to restructure. -

Feel thin at CB. Wonder if we sign Rasul or not. Dane isn’t a starter, is he? Don’t see a Benford contract for the sake of cap space. Wouldn’t provide enough room. Edit: sportrac had us at $4.42 million in space. Where would we be if we didn’t have the cap purge last year?? -
Matt Milano agrees to pay cut, 2025 becomes final year of his deal
davefan66 replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall
Love Matt, but he’s been off the field quite a bit recently. If he plays lights out, the Bills could reverse field and sign him after next season. If, they got their out. Unless he plays absolute lights out and doesn’t have a single injury, this is his last season. Don’t see the team rolling the dice on him regardless how well he plays. -
Hoecht and Ogunjobi 6 game suspension for PEDs
davefan66 replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall
It will be interesting seeing what the NFL does with the schedule. Im sure we will be early season prime time with one of the big games. I was so pumped we added these guys, more Hoecht than the other guy. Now we are without them and it’ll take time to ramp them up after a 6 week layoff. Great. -

Yes. Can play preseason. Pulled for the first game of the season until the last game of the suspension. Question is. How much does the team want them involved in preseason?? I’d expect a lot based on both are new to the team. -

So these guys are out…lose one or two we shouldn’t have…end up 2nd seed again. What a freaking waste of the money spent on them and Bosa. Not in the least the money spent on replacement guys. Awesome. -

Obviously Beane did his “due diligence”…… 🤨 -

So, we sign these guys because they play well. Is it because of the PERFORMANCE ENHANCING DRUGS??? Nice. I wouldn’t have signed the dude he knew was going to be suspended. If it’s 6 games, is that a repeat offender?? EDIT And Hoecht is being introduced now… Just got the text from the Bills. I hope he gets hammered. -
That’s fine. Will have some production, but won’t matter the cowboys aren’t going to amount to much next year.
-
Would love him back if he was involved in the offense. Don’t want him back as just a decoy. Believe he can give production and showed last year he can make some nice catches.
-
Had some nice plays last season. Feel they are looking at a different type of player this year for the line.. more aggressive.
-
Played well outside that sack..
-
Casey Toohill signed one year deal with Texans. Liked this guy, thought he was a good player for us.
-
Didn’t work out with us, needed to be off the roster. Should we have kept him scared he may blossom elsewhere? I say good luck to him!

Love cook, but hate his stance. His actions are from the “I want a new contract” playbook. He’s just going through the motions right now taking it public. Problem is, at some point he will take it personal. More towards the start of camp is my guess. My issue? You signed a contract, honor it. Especially in this situation. What has he really done that he feels he deserves a massive contract?? Barely made it over 1K this past season. Didn’t contribute much to the passing game. Is off the field on a lot of 3rd downs. My sincere hope is he knows he won’t get 15 million, more around 10 or so. Will that suffice? Will he be back asking for 20 million when he breaks 1200 yards?? He’s no Saquon and doesn’t deserve anywhere near the same money. He’s a very good RB. If he wants that money he needs work on receiving and blocking. We could draft a guy in the 3rd round who could end up being a better player. There aren’t many backs who are game changers and deserve upper echelon money. And he’s not one of them.
-
Didn’t think about him. Whoever signs him needs to hide their crab legs.
