No. Plenty of field stretching guys have been drafted in the history of the NFL draft in later rounds. I guess you want to pin me on who was available day 3 as a speed receiver.m this year?? All I am saying is, there were guys available all draft that would help our receiver room, regardless of speed. Beans chose defense for the most part. I trust he has a plan, but wish we addressed receiver in any capacity in earlier rounds that had speed or was just a good boundary guy.

Landon Jackson looks to be a bit raw, yet played great. Looks to be still growing into his body, but once he gets NFL strength coaching, dude will be a force. Tremendous upside and the he should be a game wrecker at some point. Love this pick!!

Actually had Pierce on my fantasy team at points last year! Non interest in Williams tbh Dont know if Pierce is available, but he had some great stats last year. Didn’t really watch him. Has one year left on his contract, so no control of that other then an extension. Not sure what they can, or want to do. Would like to bolster the receiving corps by the start of the season.

Fans have been asking for a speedster for a few years. A speedster who can play. Love Hamler, thinks he’s a funny dude. Just not starter material so far. So, no. Hamler is NOT who fans are basically clamoring for.

Thanks for the write up! Draft definitely was defensive driven. I am happy to see depth on the line for guys we can mold, instead of the one year contracts we’ve done for the last few years. And obviously they wanted to bolster the CB room. Interested in seeing how Hawes is as a pro. Looks to be 3rd TE and extra blocker. Imagine next year will be the offense draft. Feel we could have addressed receiver better, but figure Beane has a plan.

Hamler?? Hasn’t seen the field since 2022. Was on the field 3 seasons out of his career, total of 620 yards. Yeah, not counting on him for anything.

Yep. Need more depth though. Shakir will be great. If Coleman plays like he did prior to injury, should be ok. Need to see how Palmer fits here - 575 yards per year average doesn’t blow me away, hope this is his breakout year. Samuels was not very good last year. Prather looked good in the video I saw, but how does that translate to the pro’s? Sorry, not overwhelmed with it WR room. Unless the plan is to elevate from the practice squad, need to add quality depth.

Lack of WR depth is concerning. But…Beane has a plan. Always does. Trade? Maybe. Free agent? Most likely. Or both. Would like quality WR depth to help take the burden off Josh. Someone who can consistently create separation. Someone who is a true vertical threat who can open the field a bit.

Not sure why the Bills avoided WR with a higher pick yesterday. Makes no sense given the lack of receivers we have right now. Makes Cooper a possibility.
