  1. Agree with what you said, except Cook. I want him to stay, love the guy. But I’m not so sure he is a priority for them. Resign Ty Johnson and you have Davis and Gore Jr. so don’t see Beane breaking the bank on Cook. Rousseau, Benford, Bernard and Epenesa are all FA’s in 2026. Josh last year of his deal is 2028. Also, fully expect a decent priced FA this year at WR, or defensive backfield.
  2. Josh would not support a move on from McD. Couple that with what you said, he’s not going anywhere.
  3. Thought he played some CB prior to Elam getting more time.
  4. Wouldn’t have mattered. They made sure they spotted the ball short of the line.
  5. In a better place than this morning for sure. Listened to WGR all day, commiserated with listeners and hosts. In the end, hate being where we are today. But had a heck of a season and was able to watch one of the top QB’s the NFL has ever seen play. its just a game. I still have to go to work and pay my bills. Will get over it and fall in love with the team all over again in September.
  6. Thought we had more cap space after the purge last off-season. Josh, Von, Oliver, Dawkins, Milano, Knox and Rousseau account for $151 million of cap space. Expected cap is $265-275. Cutting Von is 8.3 million in savings. Cutting any of the other guys would lead to negative cap space. Restructure Allen and convert base to signing bonus like last year? Bills cap space
  7. In no particular order- WR - Cooper is gone (as if he was even here to begin with). Coleman needs a lot of work. Gotta resign Hollins. Need a deep threat who can create space. Clean up the LOS with a guy who can take the top of the defense. D line - Von is gone, 8 million in savings. Gotta get a consistent pass rush. Need a huge space eater for interior line. D backs - Elam has got to go. No longer able to teach him how to be a competent NFL player. Hamlin is much more a backup than starter. Yeah, maybe he’s played well but he’s also late to plays a lot. Douglas may be done. Rapp and Benford are our best and should be back. Prefer to add in free agency to get a know entity, or possibly trade with draft capital. Drafting is the backbone of the team, but need a few great players who can make an immediate impact.
  8. It depends who is available TBH. If Andy Reid, Payton or McVay were available, that would be an upgrade for sure. Anyone else? Don’t see it as an upgrade. Issue is. This team is tooled for the coaching styles/schemes of our coaches, especially defense. Could see a regression based on the need to change out players to fit schemes.
  9. Is it scheme? Why can’t we generate a consistent pass rush? Epenesa has flashes, Groot looked to lose a step end of the season, Oliver had flashes. After them, what do we have? Probably cutting Von this off-season. Looks to be a little over 8 million cap savings. Following year cut would open 17 million.
  10. There were a lot off issues last night. Elam killed us, pass rush and containment wasn’t good. Cooper and Coleman were non factors. Brady wasn’t great last night. 4th down plays needed to do something other than the tush push. KC sniffed it out, yet he continued to call it. Hurt the team for sure.
  11. Looked like Benford had an ice pack on his right shoulder when in the cart. Wonder if he had more than just the concussion?
  12. I agree there may be some overreaction to the loss. Not much TBH. We trust in Josh so much, we give the teams shortcomings a pass. Elam is a massive liability. Where was Von last night? Hamlin is a liability when Rapp and Benford are out and they aren’t covering for him. Cooper who? Couldn’t get him involved in the regular season, or a game we needed him. Coleman? Won’t call him a bust, but he has a ton of work to do to get better. Brady did not call a great game. If they are expecting the “tush push” left off center and you give it to them how many times!! Need to peel off a TE or a RB for a pass in the flat. Just do something else. Defensive rush and containment was abysmal. This team does have a lot of shortcomings Allen covers up with his heroic play game after game. We choose to look past it because they had a heck of a season off Josh’s arm.
  13. Said it earlier in the season, I thought Knox outplayed him this year. Once Kincaid went down, Knox stepped up and played decent. Continued to outplay Kincaid when he came back. Kincaid won’t be the star TE they drafted. Unfortunately.
  14. My son was screaming at the TV to put Ingram in every time Elam was on the end of a bad play. How much worse could he possibly have been?? Thought he’s played pretty well.
  15. Barkley would have 200 yards first half. Would expect Benford and Rapp to have played, but they shouldn’t be the ones expected to bring Barkley down.
  16. Elam better be outright released ASAP. He will never be a quality NFL corner…ever. Looked bewildered out there. Couple him with Damar on the field?? What did anyone expect. Rapp and Benford need to stay. Douglas didn’t look great but still believe he can be good. Damar can hit the bricks also…done with him. Need a new starting safety and better backups. Problem is you need a quality pass rush to give the dbacks a chance. Don’t get that from our line.
  17. Had the day off anyways. Also took a day after the Super Bowl. Letting my boss know I’d rather work. Not watching that game so no need to have off.
  18. Not qualified? Yet you float an unrealistic scenario. Interesting. The real reason you say you aren’t qualified is you know darn well there is no coach out there better than McD. Who’s left?? McCarthy? Absolutely not. Kinda feel you’ll say Belichick. Nope, he now under contract at UNC with a 10 million dollar buyout. Not happening.
  19. Hurting for sure. Thought this was our year. Will be the first Super Bowl since SB 16 I won’t be watching. I just can’t. I love this team. They are still amazing and had a great season after everyone counted them out. Love you Josh Allen. Go Bills.
  20. Feel it hit the ground so no catch, simultaneous or not. And yes, simultaneous goes to offense.
  21. So. Ball hits the ground, no real possession by either player and it’s a catch?? yeah
  22. Doesn’t the massive hold by Hamlin wipe out any ability to challenge possession?
