Well, it's already Christmas morning out here on the other side of the international date line. So, before heading out for a walk on the beach, I just wanted to wish all my Bills brothers and sisters a merry Christmas and a healthy and happy New Year! Let's go Buffalo!!!

For the first few years after moving to New Zealand, the wife and I tried to carry on with traditional northern hemisphere Christmas foods. However, after 4-5 years, we finally admitted to ourselves that those heavy foods do not go well in the summery southern hemisphere Christmas. So, instead of Turkey and Ham from the oven, it will be grilled seafood and meat on the barbie. (Snapper, prawns, steaks, sausages and burgers.) All of the local farms have honesty boxes and stalls at the end of their driveways, so we’ve loaded up with fresh berries, fruit and veg. Even some sweetcorn is already being harvested! That said, Merry Christmas to all my Bills brothers and sister scattered around the world!

After seeing both of your posts, I copied the link to the lasagna recipe and sent it to my wife. She already makes a FANTASTIC lasagna, but I thought that maybe we could try a new recipe. The reviews for it are impressive! When she read the recipe, she immediately said it looked familiar, and went off looking for her old one. Sure enough, she came back from the kitchen with an old, worn out printed out recipe. It's the exact same one that you guys shared, same website, but was printed out in 2010! With all the recipes out there, I think it's pretty cool that at least three of us in this thread, not only use the same recipe, but agree that it's the best. Anyway, I hope you all have a great Christmas break!

Mckittrick: Isaiah McKenzie offensive package utilization

Who's McKittrick? I know you're referring to McKenzie, but who's McKittrick? -
New Zealand had a referendum last year, asking voters if they wanted to legalize the wacky week. Sadly it failed, with 50.7% of voters opposing the legalization and 48.4% in support. Who knows when we'll get another chance to vote on it. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2020_New_Zealand_cannabis_referendum I was really hoping for it to pass, but part of me was relieved because we may have dodged a bullet. I've visited Colorado and Seattle a couple times in the past few years and really didn't like the way it was set up in CO. I felt it was just too "in your face", if you know what I mean.

Train Horn Haters - Alternate Ideas?
Bad Things replied to JohnBonhamRocks's topic in The Stadium Wall
I haven't been to the stadium in decades, so don't know what the train horns bring to the "in stadium" experience, but I can say that they are ridiculous to hear on the TV broadcasts. They are so loud during some games, that they drown out what the announcers are saying. (I specifically noticed during this years Pittsburgh game that the production staff adjusted the volume each time that stupid thing blasted away.) After all these years of losing, the sound of these horns basically trigger a PTSD type feeling of dread in me. Seriously. I've actually had to mute the sound of some of our defense series. If Bills fans are truly the best fans in the NFL, we shouldn't need these horns in the first place. Surely the crowd knows when the key plays of the game are happening, and I certainly know that the fans can rock that stadium without gimmicky train horns. Get rid of them and let the fans own cheering speak for itself. -
It was a douchie thing to ask, because Jerry is a world-class douche. Plain and simple.

Hmm... I kinda assumed that he did audible some of the plays already.

Yeah, let's fire the best coach we've had in decades. I'm sure it'll be no problem to find an upgrade.

Very sad news indeed. Rest in Peace.

Ha! I had a similar experience last year, when I grew some Trinidad Scorpion chilis in the garden. I also tried to do a mango hot sauce with them, but all I remember was pain. A lot of pain.

I can't believe some of you have given the OP grief about making a post about potentially bad weather.

Fournette was one of the key douchebags in the big melee between the Bills and Jags, when they met in 2018. I think he showed his true colours and the Bills probably don't want anything to do with him.

11/25/21 Thanksgiving Gameday Bills at Saints Pregame Thread
Bad Things replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think this is a good sign. A couple months ago I ordered a throwback Bruce Smith 78 jersey, which was supposed to arrive weeks ago, but hadn't until just now. I just heard a knock on the door and there was the package, just in time to be worn for this game. Bad Things, man. Let's go Buffalo! -
Happy Thanksgiving from Down Under! (Where it's just a typical Friday today.)
