Bills sign Taron Johnson to 3 year extension
Bad Things replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
That's great news! I was worried we could lose him. He's a key part of this defense, so am really glad that he's staying. -

I wonder what IK Enemkpali is thinking about this right now. -

This is one of my favourite times of the year for bird watching as this is when the Bar-Tailed Godwits fly their extraordinary migration flights from Alaska, all the way to New Zealand. 12,000kms non-stop! Just last month, they tracked one poor bird that had to turn around midway through it's flight due to strong headwinds. https://www.rnz.co.nz/news/national/451910/strong-winds-force-godwit-migrating-from-alaska-to-new-zealand-to-turn-around

Ugh. I so wish I didn't click on that link. I can't believe those bozos get paid for their "takes". -
Josh Allen mic'd up vs Texans
Bad Things replied to 17islongenough's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I love you, Josh Allen! -
Thanks for another great write-up, Virgil. I always look forward to them as much as I did when Bill used to write them. That said, although I’m a little late, I’d like to add a couple comments. Motor Although his stats don’t jump off the page, the one player that really popped off the screen for me was Devin Singletary. I’ve been a fan of his since we drafted him, but I’ve never seen him run with so much conviction before. He hit his holes at full speed and ran with force. It’s like he’s totally changed his running style. That said, I love the combination of Motor and Moss and am looking forward to seeing them tear it up! Announcers There was a lot of talk last week, about Beth Mowins calling the game. I have to admit that I cringed a little when I heard the news. I remembered a game from a few years ago, where her voice got a quite annoying for me to listen to. That said, this time around I thought she did a great job. It really showed when the stadium had their power outage and we had to endure the idiots from the CBS studios fill in for her. Those 5-10 minutes accounted for some of the most annoying broadcasting that I’ve ever heard for a sporting match. I’m sure those idiots get paid a LOT of money and that was the best that they could do? Yeah, I understand that they weren’t prepared to do the play by play for this game, but all they did was talk over the action on the field. It was atrocious. It got to the point where I thanked my lucky stars when the power was finally restored and Beth and Tiki could get back to work. Well, I ain't always right, but I've never been wrong Seldom turns out the way it does in a song Once in a while, you get shown the light In the strangest of places if you look at it right Defense I thoroughly enjoyed watching our defense play in this game. Not only were there stand out plays/players, but more importantly, they played like a solid, swarming unit. Everyone seemed to be in position and just snuffed out the Texans offense. Bring on the Chiefs!

What was up with Beasley today?
Bad Things replied to JerseyBills's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
So, I wonder what's going to happen during the next home game. You know darn well that Beasley's whining is only going to embolden the "booers" in the stands. What's he going to do then? It's could turn into a vicious cycle with only Beasley to blame for it. -
One Bills Live with Chris Brown and... Maddy Glab?
Bad Things replied to Giuseppe Tognarelli's topic in The Stadium Wall
What a well timed post. I've just spent the morning, driving to different job sites, while listening to One Bills Live, and had to stop short because of Maddy. You've described her perfectly on how she doesn't ever bring anything new to the conversation, only rehashed cliches. Even worse is her voice. She sounds like a 10 year old, that just inhaled helium. I simply don't have the tolerance. I'll always love Tasker, but he's said too many stupid things in the past, especially ones that he's all fired up about. -
What was up with Beasley today?

I fogot about that. Wasn't that when Chan took a couple fans to task about it? What a bunch of ***** to boo players on "your" team during a practice! -
What was up with Beasley today?

What a little B. So, he thinks he can spout off on a controversial topic and then gets hurt feelings when people push back? That speaks a lot about his character. -
Let's go Buffalo!! Hockey! Hockey!! Hockey!!!

I love your current uniforms. The only thing I'd change is a very minor one. The red stripe on the back of the helmet shouldn't widen out near the bottom. It should just be a simply red stripe all the way down. Perfect!

All true. Don't forget the fact that this a-hole also drove her van all the way back to mommy and daddy in Florida.

Perhaps we were a a bit premature with all of the Jordan Palmer praise.

My deepest condolences to you and the rest of your family. God bless you and your mum.

How I would fix the passing game. [LAMP]
Bad Things replied to Marvlevydraftdaygenius's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It begins and ends with the O-Line protecting Josh and Josh throwing accurate passes. -
That's really interesting to hear. From what I've heard on this board, I've assumed that there is always fighting in Buffalo. Glad to hear that it's not really the case. I haven't been to a home game since the AFC Championship game in 1991. Yikes, where has the time gone?
