  1. My wife tries to use that same guideline too, but lucky for my kids, I always talk her out of it.
  2. I gonna say yes on this one.
  3. Practice squad player signed after we realeased the Hamburglar
  4. There was a prop bet being discussed on the XM fantasy sports channel the other day. It was which rookie QB would have more rushing yards this week, Allen or Jackson. Lead to a good Josh Allen conversation. Both hosts picked him.
  5. I hate when people talk about other crap during the game. Drives me crazy.
  6. Marquise Brown in the 6th. LOL!!
  7. Should probably take one in the 2nd too, just to be safe
  8. I know 2 Chic-fil-a owner operators in Atlanta and they both make considerably more than $150K per year. I know the one makes over double that, but to be fair he does have 2 stores. (Which is rare, they prefer to limit you to one) Keep in mind, they are CFA employees, not actual equity owners. Pretty good gig from everything I have seen and heard. Yup, and there is another restaurant in the stadium that sells a knockoff sandwich called C.O.S. (Closed on Sunday’s)
  9. I would have preferred them over the Pats* but now I need the find someone else to pull for. I went from indifference to active detraction.
  10. please tell me there was no flag for this flop.
  11. Didn't the Steelers draft ahead of us that year? It's not like we chose Losman ahead of him.
  12. "What can you get, a Wookie for Christmas, when he already own a comb..." ? Isn't that every Hallmark Christmas special?
  13. Maybe your life is just busier now and you are more distracted. That happens when you have kids.
  14. That was quick. Notice he got a job before Benjamin?
  15. No it is not. wait, what were we talking about?
  16. Yes, but it’s not the droids your looking for.
  17. I’m sure you’re both having a good laugh. Just kidding
  18. Money alone? No. There are lots a teams that max out the salary cap but under-perform. (I’m looking at you Jaguars) that being said, we have a solid core of young talent on this team and the addition a the right free agents, along with another solid draft, can and hopefully will, build the foundation of a team built to make a solid run at the playoffs and beyond for the next several years.
  19. So I saw a story on ESPN last night that the Redskins had considered Kaepernick at QB but were probably going to go in a different direction. All I could think was "please sign Peterman instead!" What a statement that would be if they determine he is the better option of the 2.
  20. Lauderdale converted from TE half way through college, so he is obviously raw. Good size at 6'6" 300 pounds. Please be the next Jason Peters. From a write up on Niners site back in July: Why he might succeed in the NFL He’s remarkably athletic and has a significant potential upside due to his size and recent switch to the offensive line. Despite recently having added 20 pounds to reach NFL size, he showed great speed and quickness at his Pro Day. Keeping in mind that Pro Day results often seem inflated compared to the Combine, Lauderdale’s 3 Cone time of 7.27 was faster than any at the Combine, and his 40-yard dash time of 4.94 would have been second best. https://www.ninersnation.com/2017/7/23/16000544/49ers-roster-breakdowns-90-in-90-ot-andrew-lauderdale-jeremy-zuttah
