  1. what a game! craziness. JP could’ve broken both single game records (TDs and Yards). Lance had Marks in there to carry 16 times and two TDs. On the final drive i thought he’d let Patterson finish it out for the all time records but oh well. he yanked him.
  2. I agree, but i don’t think it’s a trap game. The Bills know the significance and will be prepared. you just don’t know if there will be rust and how turnovers will play into this. As ESPN pointed out this morning. Buffalo has lost 7 of the last 8 vs the Chargers and our overall winning % is in the low .300’s against LA. The worst against any opponent in Bills history. So Buf has to change the mojo around tomorrow.
  3. McCarthy, Gase and Patricia have to be gone right?! their teams have all gotten worse overall. Even with Dak, Dallas was still losing.
  4. Yeah i agree. on the other side Antonio Gibson and McLaurin are good too. nice 3rd round picks. WFT has some pieces to work with.
  5. I haven’t been quick to say “forfeit” on any game, but i think this should be the first. They will seriously have to jack up the Pittsburgh schedule to get this one in, and that’s not fair.
  6. I don't believe it's about the Bills getting hosed. Sunday games are not getting moved unless there are extreme numbers of positives. The real screw job was against the SF 49ers a couple Thursday's ago. They were forced to play Green Bay on a Thursday night when their roster was all messed up. Since both teams were off on the following Sunday it should have been moved (as people suggested at the time). I'm thinking since there are two other games on Thanksgiving the NFL felt it was ok to move this one...plus why put the Steelers in harms way when other Ravens players (not known yet) could test positive.
  7. It's never going to be "fair" this season. The league will not only be taking COVID cases into consideration, but if/when it makes the most sense to move a game. And they seem less likely to move Sunday games unless a certain threshold is met (maybe 6+ active players?). No one will really know other than the commish and the teams involved. But the fact is, it's very easy to move this Ravens game to Sunday since BOTH teams have it open. And if more cases pop up on Baltimore, they can postpone it till whenever. If this game was originally scheduled for Sunday I doubt they'd move it unless a bunch more positives come up.
  8. It's a balance. Both clubs have Sunday free, so it works out. Scheduled games on Sunday are tougher to reschedule without completely messing up the non-covid teams schedule. Steelers still will have their normal between games rest.
  9. I think that's fair. It's no one's fault at this point. The virus is all over the place in every community. Tough to dodge it and the Ravens were going to be without some key guys. If it was the Bills we'd expect the game to be pushed back.
  10. Yep, should be blue jersey/white pants at home. That's the best look. Don't know why they make it so complicated. I can live with the standing Buffalo uni once a year but don't understand why they can't outfit the team with the late 60's blue jersey to match. Why does it have to be white/white?
  11. They would not dare lose in the standing Buffalo logo. That would be a complete disrespect to the greatest AFL logo
  12. Nice drive by LA. another solid prime time game going on here.......after last nights KC/LV
  13. Tampa’s two biggest chunk plays so far are PI’s against LA.
  14. I always feel concerned coming off the bye week. It *should* be an advantage but that's not always the case. Sometimes they come out lethargic. For this game, however, the Bills are getting some guys back off the Covid list and I'm sure healing up so it should be a positive. I like our offense.. but on the defensive side, McD and Frazier had better not allow Herbert to get comfortable. That's the key. They have a body of work to study and should come up with something...much like Belicheck did against young Josh Allen in their first few meetings.
  15. Every Browns game is vs. NFC East, Bengals, Jags, Texans, Jets, etc.. At the end of the day they have 5 hard games this season.. (Steelers x2, Ravens x2, Colts). I like what they've done in Cleveland and they are taking advantage of the schedule.
  16. Cleveland is taking full advantage of 3 horrible Lake Erie weather home games. The Browns have a good running game and the Raiders, Texans and Eagles could not adjust in that rain and wind there.
  17. Anyone else have an issue with this yesterday? Hill was not designated as a QB in ESPN leagues. He was still listed as a TE. So someone in our league picked him up last minute and started him as a TE. He went on to have 40 points (which is unheard of in our league for the TE position). I suppose our rules should have been modified, but all the offensive players can get credit for TD passes, etc.. The guy who will lose is pissed, but there's nothing that can be done now. IF ESPN doesn't fix it this week, we are making Taysom Hill ineligible to be a Tight End for this coming weekend.
  18. Remember this from way back... maybe 6 days ago? “I expected it to be a lot harder,” Tagovailoa told Pro Football Talk.
  19. this Denver game far from over. Let’s be real, Fitz could get them a TD on their final drive if Broncos don’t score .
  20. You just know Miami will capitalize on their chance and pull this out. ugh.
  21. I know Miami makes their own luck. but they are so lucky and so due for a string of turnovers or disastrous special teams plays against them
  22. 3rd home game in a row at Cleveland that you can’t really play offense.
  23. Eh, after that Arizona game I'm fairly convinced the Bills are a decent team, but not special. They aren't going to be able to "impose their will" to win games like the Steelers or some other teams. The Cardinals really took it to Buffalo in the 3rd and beginning of 4th Qtrs...and they Cards really aren't that good. So that was disappointing. Good teams don't let that happen. That being said I think the Bills go 3-3 in the final six and will finish 10-6. Probably will beat LA, SF and Miami. But they will definitely lose a game or two that we all *think* they should win.
  24. ok that hurts to see that sack. cant shake our Billsy ending!
  25. Welp, those Cards fans out in the desert didn’t even get to enjoy their big Lucky win for a full week. Seattle ball controlling them to death.
