  1. Funny too, read article that Allen hadn't lost coin toss on road all season, tonight lost two.
  2. It seemed like the rushers on the Bills were afraid to commits to bring him down for fear of him slipping by them, so instead he'd just scramble around more and extend plays. KC had 4 least sacks all season, not sure anyone brings him down. Key IMO is better secondary play which became tough without White.
  3. We've lost twice to a team that is as good if not better overall so no.
  4. Agree with first two picks, but instead would sign a top level FA guard and resign Bates. Let Mongo go. Williams tough call, not sure as by the time you take the cap hit and find someone better, may be cheaper to keep Him. Similar with Morse, but need a cheaper contract.
  5. In the middle of the game, Bills O-line struggled. Last few weeks they looked real good, but not today, so need to improve there. If Allen had more time, they wouldn't have been stopped on those drives. Sign top FA guard and draft a guard/centrer Not sure if anyone can consistently sack Mahomes, even a guy like Watt. They had Mahomes scrambling all around multiple times, but he may be best at avoiding the sack. Need more CB depth.
  6. Edmunds is here next season , if not they are on the hook for his $12 mil option Wallace is fine as #2 CB, problem is once White got hurt, he was the #1 CB and against KC, he was in trouble. Do think overall we do need a CB high in the draft as no guarantee Whie will be back in Sept at anywhere near 100%
  7. Agree high and short so they have to return it. Squib kick, the #### doesn't start till KC player touches it and he could immediately give him self up. So maybe end up with maybe one or two at most less seconds but ball at 35 to 40 instead. Should have only rushed 2 or 3 at most, at that point, let Mahomes run around and kill clock
  8. OK wasn't sure reading your response NY Titans was a long time ago. LOL Admittedly don't understand the Tenn Titans angle.
  9. Relocating didn't help and moving to SEC country makes it even tougher to get true fans. Hey Albany, not sure he got it!
  10. Depends where, on a bar stool isn't too bad.
  11. And the odds of that happening sooner than they think gets higher every year.
  12. Took quite awhile before anyone signed him too, so apparently the rest of the league also didn't value him as much as he did. Is a certain irony there with the way things worked out getting traded. Did his girlfriend approve the trade?
  13. While Beane would never state this, I'm sure part of the reason they wouldn't give him the money he wanted was because of the holding issues that he had last season. I will not be at all surprised to see the Bills draft a punter in around the 5th or 6th round as I'm sure they aren't to happy with the punting, but are very thrilled with him as a holder
  14. When are you letting Edmunds walk, this coming off season or after the 2022 season? The Bills picked up his 5th year option so that is now fully guaranteed so they are on the hook for his full $12.7 mil salary. Highly doubt they are cutting him now. Last CBA rules changed don 5th year options. Best they'd do if they decide not to keep him long term would be to let him play out the 5th year option at the $12.7 mil, then let him walk. Doubt that happens though. Likely he will be signed to a new contract with a much lower cap hit. Likely the length of the deal will tell you how sold the Bills as a team are on him. If 3 years or less, then maybe not so sold, longer than that, tells me they value him more than most of the experts here. Do agree on McKenzie, Harry, and Wallace and a starting interior lineman. Also would throw in Bates too.
  15. Not in past few years.
  16. Sure the IRS could care less if you call it a business or not. But they do care about money, whether it's made from a business or personal income. All the IRS cares about is following the money and if they see money flowing to you that's income and you need to pay taxes on it. That's all they care about and in today's digital world, it's much easier to follow the money. Did you get a check from Aunt Suzy for Christmas, that's income. If you have a garage sale, that's income that you're supposed to report, but fortunately for many, the IRS isn't able to easily find many things. But now you're dealing with a large company in Ticketmaster and they need to show where the money is flowing to.
  17. Sure, but it's not like the Bills have this weak passing attack to start with. They are already in the top ten in just about every passing category, that's not going to improve very much whoever is out there. They are within 700 yards of the top passing offense for the year. Bringing in an Goodwin or an Adams, you're just moving around the numbers. Allen is an elite enough QB that he can make a Davis or someone similar have stats close to an Adams or Goodwin if playing him full time. Teams can't afford superstars at every position. Tampa is trying to do it, but mainly because they know they have a small window with Brady. Once Brady leaves, that team will resemble the 76 Bucs very quickly as will be unloading salary all over. Agree the fans don't care who gets fed, but the players do to some extent. So before they sign anyone like this, they better re-do Diggs contract to pay him similar money (good chance this does happen)
  18. Good point, but don't think that's the way the IRS sees it.
  19. Completely disagree!! You add someone like that, you're taking away targets, receptions, and yards away from someone else be it Diggs, Beasley, Davis, Sanders, or McKenzie and I realize too that maybe 3 of them may not even be on the team next season. Allen is very good to great QB, but the Bills aren't going to become some statistical outlier and have all these extra yards of offense through the air. It's like this year whe nthey were playing Sanders instead of Davis. Adding a Goodwin or an Adams same thing will happen
  20. Agree very unfair and discriminatory.
  21. You're not losing these guys salaries at all as Hughes contract is up, he also is a FA just like Adams, Scherff, and Godwin. Addison think has a voidable year left or something so don't believe he saves any more either whether he's here or not. Per the Spotrac the Bills have 16 upcoming free agents and around 5 to 6 of them are currently starters so better worry about replacing them first.
  22. Guess I'd compare it to you buy a brand new car for $30k, 8 years later you sell it to Joe's used cars dealership for $4k. That $4k is income and you can't offset it against the $30k you paid for the car to begin with. Joe likely reported the $4k he paid you as a business expense so the IRS has a paper trail back to you then too. If you trade it at Joe's for another car, then no income to you Likely a similar situation with Ticketmaster
  23. As far as X's and O's go and the technical aspects of the game, Jerry Jones may be the most knowledgeable football owner in the league. As far as X's and O's go and the technical aspects of the game, Jerry Jones may be the least knowledgeable football GM in the league.
  24. Maybe that was part of the deal, we give you permission to hire Schoen, but you need to take Star in a trade so we get rid of his contract! LOL Could see Beasley and Mongo going there, maybe Mitch if he can't find a better situation.
