The hold (and tackle) on Poyer as Henry ran past him for 76 yards was more egregious. If not for the hold, Poyer would’ve been in position to make the tackle. I don’t think the same can be said for the Titans’ special teamer. He wouldn’t have made the tackle anyway, too far and flat footed.

Our second round drafting has been ABYSMAL for as long as I can remember. That’s an issue.

On the overhead replay it looks like if he had gotten behind Williams, the RG, he would’ve picked it up easily. Titans had 2 defenders within an inch of each other on the left side. They knew what was coming and where it was going.

Tanny is one of if not the most sacked QB and the Titans pass rush has been poor all year, as has their secondary. We’re seeing evidence of none of that tonight. As they say, that’s why they play the games.

Remember how bad the replacement refs were? And everyone was like “hurry up and get the real referees back in here, these guys are terrible and ruining games.” The real refs are terrible and ruining games as well and unlike the replacements, they carry biases towards certain teams and players. It’s a difficult job, no doubt, but penalties need to go back to looking like actual penalties, egregious ones, for the flag to be warranted. No more ticky-tack nonsense that affords the refs screen time.

Cant remember who said it, but one of these announcers said something along the lines of “there needs to be an investigation by the NFL into the Pittsburgh, Buffalo game. How did this Pittsburgh team beat the Bills?” Bogus calls to wipe out a Tre White interception, multiple ticky-tack pass interference calls on our DBs, offensive holding calls every other play, subpar QB play, subpar play calling, a sieve of an offensive line, a blocked punt for a TD, and two fortunate Pittsburgh receptions, one of which went for a TD. It took all that for the Bills to lose by a single score.

I believe that drive ended in a FG too. Good thing it wasn’t costly.

I do believe tonight was only the second loss in Mahomes career that the Chiefs have lost by more than one score. The other was the loss to TB in the Super Bowl. They’ve been that good, so the fans aren’t used to seeing Mahomie and crew dominated.
