  1. The run defense needs help... Think we can we trade Tyrod Taylor for Marcel Dareus out in Jacksonville?
  2. When an offensive coordinator lines up Tolbert as part of a 5 WR package, that tells me all I need to know about the coordinator. A 250 pound fullback running pass routes??? That's almost as egregious as Marcel Dareus dropping into coverage.
  3. 2nd round pick? Not a chance. We'd be lucky to see a 4th. As I understand it, prior to accepting a $10M pay cut to stay with the Bills, his agent was on the phones, trying to see who coveted his client. No team was gaga over TT.
  4. Would be nice to still have Seymour on this team. Wasn't his fault he was hurt throughout training camp, to trade him for a WR who had already been with 5 other teams was asinine.
  5. Everyone who wants Peterman to see the field (myself included) is on that train because we know what we have in Tyrod Taylor. And it's not good enough. For those who argue Taylor starts because coaches believe he gives the team the best chance to win, there was another QB in New England who rode the bench for over a year for the same reason. Bill Belichek thought Drew Bledsoe gave the team the best chance to win and then Mo Lewis proved him wrong. Nobody knows anything, give Peterman the reins, if he bombs, we're in position to draft high. If he succeeds, draft competition for him and thank our lucky stars.
  6. I said it in the shoutbox - any offensive coordinator who thinks there's value in lining up Tolbert as a wide receiver just doesn't get it. His schemes are unimaginative and he lacks creativity. He's just not a good playcaller. I really wish McD's first choice came to Buffalo.
  7. Let's not forget Dennison was a linebacker in his playing days. I asked the question before: has there ever been a defensive player that decided to coach offense and went on to have measurable success? Rico is a bright guy, his fallback job if football didn't work out was one of those high level science careers. Unfortunately he's just not a good offensive coordinator. I would love if the Bills took the Bengals route and dismissed him during the bye week. Maybe we'd get lucky with another Anthony Lynn type if Culley was promoted, the current QB coach. Remember, Lynn had never called plays before his promotion either...
  8. No player should be inactive for four weeks and then be thrust into the starting lineup over a healthy starter. It means someone is either incredibly bad at evaluating that position, or said player has made threats that precipitated a change. Suffice to say we can add RG to our draft plans next year. Possibly RT as well, unless Dawkins can take one of the positions on the right side.
  9. Dunno if everyone has seen it, but they managed to find Gilmore's High School tape: https://twitter.com/twitter/statuses/914580279263625216
  10. I said this before Marcell was re-signed and was told by everyone here, "you keep your best players, no matter what." Nevermind the fact that Marcel played 63% of the snaps under Schwartz, If I was GM, he would've walked before I forked out $100M. He plays a non-premium position, one that doesn't consistently affect the outcome of a game; therefore, no team needs to invest that much capital for that particular position... Unless the player is Warren Sapp reincarnate, disruptive damn near every single snap.
  11. If it was the NFL, they'd convert the 3rd and 93 by penalty. "Prior to the pass, holding on the defense, number 58. Five yard penalty, automatic first down."
  12. I've always liked the Pack, wanted nothing more than to see them dust the Cowboys in the 90s playoffs. As for recently, I still believe had they won against Seattle (keep running the INT back!), they would've handled the Cheatriots in the SB. Go Pack go! Unless you're playing the Bills of course And Aaron Rodgers is our gift to you. You're welcome.
  13. It's not really fair to post a picture of Doug's wife after seeing Jordan's girlfriend, but here's Steph Whaley!
  14. Let's say you've been struggling with a subject: Mathematics. If I were your teacher and diligently worked with you to bring your understanding to a level equal to your peers, do you think you'd benefit more from the instruction if you went home and studied the concepts? Or do you think you'd be a better student if you went home and played Madden? Let's say you left the lessons at school and went home to do whatever you want - If you continued to fail in the classroom, would it be your teacher's fault?
  15. Whaley has a wife and a kid. She's not bad looking either. I remember them from a feature BB did awhile ago.
  16. Whenever life gets you down, just watch this video...
  17. Must say, Rande and the gang are outstanding people! I went to my first ever Bills game against the Cardinals and he made me and my guest feel right at home. Very hospitable. Can't thank you all enough for such a positive experience. Go Bills!
  18. He made a gargantuan mistake by returning to OSU. I'm sure he thought he'd beat out Braxton Miller and JT Barrett fresh off a National Championship win, but the chance he wouldn't was still a possibility. He costs himself millions, some team likely would've taken him in the first. I'd be surprised if he goes any higher than the 3rd, he's the very definition of raw and probably won't be able to help a team and decipher NFL defenses for at least two to three years. Take him in the 4th if there's not another prospect there that you love, but not before that round. I'm not convinced he'll grow into a productive NFL starter.
  19. Three players come to mind when reading these comments: Jerry Hughes, Aaron Williams, and Corey Graham. These three have never been shy about voicing their opinion and all have a certain status on the team that warrants inclusion of their thoughts. For my money, I think it's Jerry Hughes. He lines up opposite Mario, so Mario's lack of effort would also hinder his production. I've also heard him use the term "bell cow" in an earlier interview. If I was a betting man (which I am, haha), I'd put my money on Hughes.
  20. Take Cardel Jones in the 5th and develop him.
  21. Apologies to \GoBillsInDallas/ for infringing upon his area of expertise, but I thought I'd share some lovely sex offenders with you all. There are quite a few cuties on this list, but my absolute favorites are: 1, 8, 31, 39, & 42 http://www.cbsnews.com/pictures/notorious-teacher-sex-scandals/1/
  22. For anyone who missed Buscaglia's photo, that's Mario Williams being blocked by Darren Sproles. I repeat, Darren Sproles, one of the smallest RBs in the league. Mario, pick that little dude up and throw him into the QB!
  23. Wouldn't work, guys. Brady would just throw to the held WR anyway and immediately complain if a flag wasn't thrown. No way he'd hold the ball just because his WRs were being mugged.
  24. The Bills haven't been lucky at QB since taking a flyer on an aging one from the Canadian Football League. Also - luckily for the Bills - Tyrod and his agent have been eyeing the team for awhile now, stretching back to the 2011 NFL Draft.
  25. With his size and speed combination, I'm surprised no one has mentioned Adrian Peterson. Karlos runs just as angry.
