  1. Also today is the 5 year anniversary of the trade for him so that’s why. Calm down everybody.
  2. I’m sure he’d be super content to be the 4th or 5th wide receiver in an “everybody eats” offense. And I’m sure the Bills would be super content with having him in the same receiver room as a young and impressionable Keon.
  3. I assume it’s in this thread somewhere but for folks who don’t know, his great-grandfather was one of Capone’s most brutal enforcers: https://www.sfgate.com/49ers/article/49ers-Bosa-is-great-grandson-Tony-Accardo-16802616.php
  4. Ok but at some point he has to get his act together during The Window. Last year’s draft was a critical draft for him given all of the vet departures and his first three picks did not make serious contributions during the season (Keon was ok until the injury). This offseason they have some cap space to use and spaces to fill but so the overall haul has been expensive and underwhelming. He needs to stop treading water and start taking bigger swings to maximize Allen.
  5. Someone here was negligent somewhere. And I know it wasn’t me.
  6. Guessing he starts the year as CB2 and eventually loses the job to the rookie.
  7. Starting to really worry about their pro personnel evaluation process.
  8. There are some things you can set your watch to in life, and Beane panicking and guaranteeing extra money to middling D linemen is one of those things. He’s gonna do it every year, it’s the curse of Gettleman’s Ghost (still alive I know). Beane also HATES going into the draft with any obvious needs - so I also expect a corner signing is imminent. That said - this guy is a bully who was totally miscast in a 3-4. He’s a very poor man’s Chris Jones (i.e. Vernon Butler) and it’s only a one year deal.
  9. Oh great one of those Pollock Grafts…
  10. Well that’s just false. Players are not coins - their injuries are not independent events. He was overused in SD and seems a bit … muscly. If the league agreed with your theory he would’ve gotten a $100m deal.
  11. That’s not how risk works. It’s a one year deal…
  12. And if they add one more pass rusher in the draft plus some beef in the middle you’re now fielding one of the most fearsome DLs in the AFC.
  13. He’ll be on a much tighter pitch count in Buffalo which hopefully helps him regain his form. To my mind this is much lower risk than paying Sweat $100M.
  14. Man if they sign Samuel to play CB they’re basically the Chargers East.
  15. Agreed. These are the shots you take when you’re in The Window and this proves they would’ve been in on Garrett.
  16. Hendrickson was never going to a conference rival.
  17. Dane or Levi with the rookie waiting in the wings.
  18. I’m gonna let it play out - as I said this is a huge offseason for him. I don’t have a dowsing rod that lets me predict careers from YouTube interviews. So I will have to wait and see.
