Investing $1.4 billion in the team and not maximizing his revenue opportunities as he easily could. He is absolutely leaving money on the table.

I continue to be very thankful to the Pegulas for their gracious involvement. I can't ever imagine being critical of them at this point.

I am also more pessimistic going into this year. While I understand and agree with the need to move on from Mario Williams and McKelvin , and to a lesser degree Rambo I think at this point our talent level has gone down. In addition to hopes for a strong rookie class, some unexpected gems in the scrap heap free agents they do add and improvement from younger players (including even better play from Tyrod) the only source of optimism I can hope for is that with Mario gone the players buy into his defense and the performance of that unit jumps big time.

SU is supported regionally much like the Bills which draws fans from all over central and western ny. One or two games a year in an NFL Stadium against a big name opponent would help raise the profile nationally and help with recruiting and probably some donations from wealthy alum living in Buffalo.

I agree, he called out the coach and staff twice and to be completely honest the guy played one very good year (2014) He mailed it in a lot.

UMass games at Gillette are pretty sparsely attended; if I recall they average less than 12k fans. If anything they should look at getting Syracuse to play a few games in Buffalo.

It's interesting watching this video how much Kelly is a peace with what happened and isn't tortured by the memory or stuck on "what if". He has tremendous prospective as a human being and I strongly suspect that is driven by his faith.
