Agreed. The days are gone for spending money on special teams and d line rotations. It a barbell of 5-7 exceptional players, not a lot of very good in the middle and then cheap raw talent at the bottom to balance the cap. We tried to go th very good with a few difference makers and it hasn't worked.

it started this year with bloody Wednesday. We kept running it back with the too old/too expensive old guard chasing a ring and finally had to turn the roster without winning one. next year is Von, Diggs and maybe a restructure at TE with Knox to drop him to TE 2 money. Agreed, it is a good short term reset and better for the league in the long run. You still have to be a good scouting/drafting team but the flash in the pans may diminish.

he reminds me of Andre Reed when he would leave people in the dust on those crossing routes. no one else on the Bills offense really runs away from people like he does.

After the low pointoh Philadelphia he has coachng like his is job on the line. He has been more aggressive for the most part and his end game decision making is a bit better as well. That being said I'm still not convinced he can take us from very good to world champions. i would love him to show me he can this year.

agreed, there were plenty of times we could have seen what he could do at 55, 60 or 65 yards out in games that were decided already. i'm sure they have an idea in practice but a game is always different
