The defense has improved from the first half of the season. Players have been substituted ( i will add that it appears to be reluctantly under the guise of injuries) but weak lb, both safeties are much better now. There is almost no pre snap confusion now which helps- that improved with the play call switch. I still don't like it that they try the rush 4 deep zone philosophy to start every game before going to a style that works- blitz packages and press man. Sometimes we cant get out of the hole we dig.

The amount of pre snap panic I saw was disgusting earlier this year. Pointing, screaming, not aligned at snap. Not sure if it was scheme but it most likely was confusing play calls coming in where the different position assignments didn't match. That seems to have disappered.

The defense wasn't the provlen until they ran out of gas in q4. The offense was shutout for 3 quarters and looked like they didn't want ro be out there. Brady has to start stealing plays from other teams because his don't work.

Simple question- why can't we 'borrow' some plays from a similar offense that actually work?

I strongly believe they are hold8ng back for the playoffs. Great idea but you have to do enough to win the games. We should jump on teams, build the lead than vanilla back to victory. We are trying to vanilla to victory and it is a struggle.
