    The biggest problem with the O is lack of talent and not fully utilizing the talent they do have. Need WR upgrades. Need to involve DK even more. Where did the "12 personnel" dream go?

    While we don't know what, if anything, has been said behind closed doors, it would be nice to hear a Pegula express their displeasure publicly. Maybe it would "light a fire" under coaches/players behinds.

    I think having penalties as a contractual thing would never get approved nor work. BUT...I think incentives should be a more widespread thing. Games played, yards, receptions, sacks, tackles, FG/PATs made, etc.

    At least the "drought era" teams showed heart. Other than Uncle Rico, the QBs all had a fire in them. Fitz still has more than most of this team.
