While we don't know what, if anything, has been said behind closed doors, it would be nice to hear a Pegula express their displeasure publicly. Maybe it would "light a fire" under coaches/players behinds.
I think having penalties as a contractual thing would never get approved nor work. BUT...I think incentives should be a more widespread thing. Games played, yards, receptions, sacks, tackles, FG/PATs made, etc.
Yeah right. TP won't fire him. They'll lose out, Beane will draft D in 1st round. McClappy will not only keep Dorsey, but name him Assistant Head Coach and have Brady calling plays.
Maybe Josh should ride some pine for a while. No, I don't think it will be better without him. But maybe it will wake him the F up, and pull his head out.
