  1. At least he got paid, wins will be slim in Miami. I really don't understand top talent that signs with teams just because the monetary value of the contract is 5-10% more. No state taxes help of course, but still.
  2. Indy is a team ready to win now, Ryan is the best veteran QB available, makes a ton of sense. And for a 3rd? His cap hit can't be huge after Atlanta ate 40M. Not saying he is MVP bound but the Colts did the best they could for 2022.
  3. How long do they denounce the Browns if they start winning? Not long sadly.
  4. I think Howard will Excell in the Bills system.
  5. Please be the year he's finally absolute trash...please.
  6. Something tells me this trade won't look as good in December/January. We will have to wait and see.
  7. Regardless of the contract I wouldn't give up much. This is the guy who throws tantrums on the sidelines and commits dumb penalties when he doesn't get the ball right? Not sure the team wants to sign up for that.
  8. CFB is down something crazy like 9% average over the last 5 or 6 years. I think some people just prefer to watch on TV with rising costs of attendance and having to deal with some of the "Personalities" you find at a game.
  9. Jeremy Johnson has had a great deal of misfortune with football. He was touted as a Heisman favorite and opened the season against an unknown true freshman named Lamar Jackson 😳, he was not the best QB on the field that day. In all honesty though Johnson was never that good at Auburn, just a highly touted recruit that didn't pan out. He always seemed like a good citizen though.
  10. I could be completely wrong of course, but this guy just seems to scream bust. Like I said, I don't have pages of hypothesis and data to explain why, it's just how I feel.
  11. I'll be honest, I like some friction. Comfort is one of the worst things for success, if you are constantly uncomfortable and overcoming you will be surprised where you are 3 months down the road. Constructive of course, but the lounge doesn't build champions.
  12. So they reported "some" friction and the backed it up with "It's not that unusual" Meaning it's normal across the NFL, and why are they talking about it?
  13. If the Cowboys really want to drop dead weight cut Zeke, he has been really bad considering his contract.
  14. True, but Prescott at least has help. Carr is all alone, Renfrow is his #1. The Raiders will get alot worse if Carr leaves the building, he isn't the problem. Jackson's situation is another can of worms.
  15. If nor for the contract yes, I think if CMC played on a team where he wasn't the entire team he could last the entire year. Wins cure nagging injuries. Sadly, his contract make this a non-conversation.
  16. Would be awesome, he's a great player that knows how to turn it on during playoff time.
  17. Something tells me if Beane wanted him he could have got him dirt cheap from the Giants instead of him being released.
  18. You are not wrong, though I would argue that perhaps they shouldn't slight the rules towards the offense as much as they do as a whole. When whoever goes on offense first wins at a decisive rate, it should let you know offenses get too much leeway. But yes if they intend on continuing to give the offenses an advantage, I 100% support a rule change.
  19. Sounds like someone who could potentially take the slot from Beasley, at a good savings. Definitely worth a shot.
  20. Definitely, regardless of your stance, when you say I'm out, someone with a differing opinion says "I'm in" lol. The NFL will sell tickets.
  21. Exactly, and we can have differing opinions with wanting to harm each other. I would actually like it better if it was a link to the story and no comments allowed. Comments bring no good situations in this subject. People are usually 100% one way or the other and have no interest in changing.
  22. It's just information, some may find it useful, some not. No one's opinion matters, unless you are part of the committee making the decision lol
  23. What a fool, after that playoff game he should be happy he has a job. I guess he sees the writing on the wall after the playoff game, better get paid now.
  24. Phillips is this years Milano, have to get it done. Wallace idk, he plays well in the Bills system but you can probably get that level of play for cheaper than 9M/Yr. Or whatever they project him at.
