  1. When it comes to hate like this, IMO it's taught. No one is born with it, regardless of who/what you hate it's a taught reaction. No good way to stop that either sadly. My best to anyone affected by this situation.
  2. This will be my first time in Buffalo for a game, ill be in early AM Sunday. Hoping to find somewhere to watch other NFL games, ill be in downtown(Hampton Inn) so shouldn't be too hard. I may have to ask some of you fine fellows about tips on tailgating.
  3. Well I ended up at the Hampton in downtown, figured it was close to most things and I'm not from Buffalo so I'll get a good look at the city. As far as seating I ended up in sec. 310 3rd row. From other stadiums I know as long as you are towards the front it really isn't that bad. All things considered the overall cost wasn't so bad, I've been a fan since I was 12 or 13 (from Alabama so it's kinda odd) and never went up for a home game. Usually just catch them when they play games in the southeast.
  4. Just goes to show, bad teams cry about a bad schedule (we all did) and the NFL caters to good teams regardless of who they are. Patriots fans are in for a rough ride, something tells me their "don't leave the game in the refs hands" attitude will be fleeting this year and years to come. The Bills need to cash in this year though.
  5. Yeah, I made that mistake once at Atlantas old stadium, never again lol
  6. Geez, man finally gets a QB and then grenades himself. Oh well.
  7. Thanks for the replies, it definitely helps. So I don't have to make another post, can someone kindly point me in the direction of a hotel that isn't far from the stadium but still close enough to be able to go to Buffalo and check out some bars/restaurants and what not? Thanks again. Definitely not fancy lol
  8. I remember his uncle Matt as a rookie on the Ravens. He seemed to have the right attitude about things, took an internship at a shoe store to learn the business in case football "didn't work out". I'm not sure why he flaked out of the league so fast or if he made the right decisions afterwards. I did like that even though he was a 1st round pick he wasn't taking it lightly. If Kaiir has that type of guidance he should have a chance to flourish in life.
  9. Never been to the stadium, basic question. Is there a part of the stadium that you would prefer to sit in, or is it like NOLA and not a bad seat in the house?
  10. I wouldn't worry about it too much. The Bills will win the SB and I'm sure some "Fans" will complain it wasn't by enough. Jerry was a great player and a good citizen off the field. He will be missed.
  11. Maybe so, though I would honestly give him a shot if I needed another situational DE on the roster. If there is no space on the roster, it is what it is.
  12. It would be nice to have him, obviously he would be an upgrade to our CB3 and maybe CB2. That said if a trade was worked out but compensation couldn't be agreed on, it doesn't sound like he's giving any discounts.
  13. He was such a hard worker and humble guy coming out of Huffman high school and even through college. Money got to him I guess, go back and watch the 2010 iron bowl in the first half how he contained an unstoppable Cam Newton if you want to see his best work IMO.
  14. Baker isn't trash, nor is he your savior. Not his fault he got drafted #1 overall. He played for a crap organization that for some reason almost wanted him to fail. Main reason he hasn't been moved is the guaranteed money on the 5th year tag. If it wasn't for that he would be elsewhere right now.
  15. I wouldn't bother, just get the thread closed. It's readily available information if he looks.
  16. I wouldn't go as far as to say it doesn't exist. Cook was a star athlete on the Georgia Bulldogs and before that some high school. I don't think he's only been around small minded people where he's uncomfortable around people of another race like Shaw suggested. Probably just an introvert until he gets to know you.
  17. Not going to pretend to k own a ton about this guy (or even the 3rd round pick) but I will say you can tell they are drafting guys that fit their system which is a huge plus. No square pegs in a round hoke regardless of talent.
  18. Anyone with 4 picks in the top 36 will always look good on draft day.
  19. Putting someone on Kelce is step #1 to covering him 🤣
  20. Can't draft everyone, and let's face it, we had to have a corner.
  21. We will have to agree to disagree, that simple. Though I will tell you, the entire time I listen to your response I can imagine you speaking down to an employee like they are just a tool to build an empire with.
  22. If it's a RB, I'd expect a lot honestly, if that isn't the expectation don't draft him. If it's a CB, round into starter level play by the end of the season/playoff stretch. Any other position, good luck with getting snaps.
  23. Sure, compare a star to a guy lucky to be on a roster. Remember your feelings when an employer asks you to ruin your career for their gain.
  24. Why? Because he is smart enough to know longevity will be thin at this rate? See how Tyreek Hill likes doing it in Miami. My guess is he won't like it.
