  1. what happened?
  2. would be better with less talking and more lower leg parts
  3. that's fine if they did because Buffalo took full advantage. Mike Greenberg said this morning that the game was a bigger blow-out than the score indicated which I agree with. I'd have been concerned if Buffalo won 24-10 on a team that laid down.
  4. the basics i use for french press is 2TBS per 6 ounces of water. pour the just below boiling water over the grounds, stir it up, let it steep for 4 minutes then plunge. Seems to work well for me
  5. Green coffee beans and an air popper....i love roasting my own!
  6. It's really a shame. Neighbors and family members said he was starting to turn his life around. Thoughts and prayers. #StandWithWhitey!

  8. Yeah we got a pinball wizard, games without frontier and some led Zeppelin cover. They changed a lot of their songs to be arcade themed such as Tijuana donkey show to donkey Kong show and hi lo became hi lo score. It was really fun https://jambands.com/news/2018/10/28/moe-take-fans-out-for-a-night-at-the-arcade/
  9. Great band, great show and bonus it was their Halloween show so they were dressed in costume and did a themed show, this one was arcade games and the set was pretty incredible. That being said, one of the guitarists was dressed as either Mario or Luigi and before the encore, he took the "M" or "L" patch off his hat to show the audience the Buffalo Bills logo underneath. It was awesome and while I know they are Buff State guys, it's always cool to see people repping the Bills!
  10. Adding to the conspiracy theories. Don't discount the fact that early reports brought up a past steroid problem for this suspect. Steroids are thought to cause long lasting heart problems. I highly doubt this suspect is long for this world. Just my conspiratorial $0.02
  11. Hell, I'd make that my screensaver and I am 100% heterosexual :-)
  12. I understand the political ties with Vince and the President, but what do you think should happen? I personally think they should cancel the event, it probably will have little financial impact on either side, but I do think it sends a strong message. Just trying to see what the 'ticket buying' public thinks. And like I said upfront, i was opposed to this event for the simple reason that it was excluding the Women wrestlers.
  13. What is everyone's thought on Crown Jewel taking place. I was initially against it because of the Women wrestlers being excluded, but now with this whole Kashoggi mess, I am surprised Vince McMahon doesn't pull out. I know it's hard to walk away from that kind of money, but this whole situation is a mess and this is where the sending of messages can become. I also completely understand how sticky a situation it is.
  14. for anyone that cares, the game tonight against St. Rose is on the watchespn app
  15. Seems reasonable to me....
  16. Anyone watching the special ESPN is running called Basketball: A Love Story, its in total a 20 hour film broken into segments? I was watching parts of it last night, it covered diverse topics such as the ABA, Georgetown, Pat Summit....really good stuff. https://espnmediazone.com/us/press-releases/2018/09/espn-announces-unprecedented-20-hour-film-basketball-a-love-story/
  17. First off, anyone that physically, mentally, verbally abuses another person is not a 'man' in my book. but to your point, the perpetrators of domestic abuse probably won't read it, but the rest of us that can do something if we see, hear or suspect something need to read this and take it to heart.
  18. an article by John Wawrow. https://apnews.com/f0415aa5d32c4dfdbe669b1320813060
  19. As much as I like Dungey, he's not going to make it through half of an NFL season, the guy is too much of a wreckless player when it concerns his body...it's simply not sustainable. I'm actually surprised the medical staff lets him play considering his penchant for concussions. He's as gutsy as anyone i have seen, but he can't last
  20. Graduated in '81 and i still regularly get together with 10-15 high school friends. My parents still live in the same house, so there are tons of ties for me.
  21. I don't read any other post game analysis until i read your threads, you offer fairly realistic feedback. I am among the most optimistic people when it comes to this team. I cannot believe you had such a "positive" post after this debacle. Sure I agree that anderson has had minimal time to prepare, but he's had 13 years in the league and i saw things out of him that would have caused Peterman to proclaim "Dude, why'd you just do that??"...today was absolutely pathetic. I expected way more out of a seasoned veteran QB. Did we run any first down plays today that weren't runs? I don't think we make any high profile moves this year because we are going to kill the career of anyone that comes here. I still stand with this team 1000% but they are plucking my last nerve. I am so glad i have a full sunday off next week. Eagles will be done by noon, Bills don't get decimated until late monday. I'm gonna just sit on my couch and rock back and forth all day sunday, grateful I don't have to endure any more of this, for at least one day. Thanks for your posts, they are among my favorite post game reads!
