  5. a lot of TV guilty pleasures: Flea Market Flip, because of Lara Spencer's legs; Rehab Addict because of Nicole Curtis'....well, pretty much everything; Good Eats because I find Alton Brown hilarious; Finding Bigfoot mainly because Bobo is a such a Bozo too many others to list
  6. Completely forgot about the pill bottle toss, now it makes more sense. Sorry for being so aloof, but what was the scene where Nacho was waiting in the business as it opened, told the guy to keep the money, but then took it.....that wasn't his father, correct? it seemed like an auto mechanic, not an upholsterer...probably should have rewatched the previous season, but the new one completely crept up on me
  7. Can you kindly summarize the Nacho thing...i know he switched the pills, was that in defiance of Gus? How did Gus figure it out? When they were getting their 'cases' they demanded 6 not 5 because the Salamancas got 6 why shouldn't they, i got confused(which isn't difficult)
  8. Oh, Sweet Mama, Your Daddy's Got Them Deep Elem Blues.
  9. Isn't that one of the greatest things about music? People say music died long ago, but it didn't, there's soooooo much good/great music out there and it just takes us putting forth the effort to go seek it out. Music pushed on us via radio and other media isn't necessarily representative of what's really out there to listen to, it's simply music that caught the attention of an industry person that is more concerned about how much money it will bring in and not at the quality of the music and the musicians
  10. I actually just read something about that the other day, got distracted before digging deeper into it. Thanks for reminder and recommendation
  11. I've got the Europe '72 box set, all the shows in their entirety, it's a lot of fun to listen to...they were really on top of their game in 72, and like you mentioned 77. I am now listening to the Jerry Garcia - Before the Dead collection, it's like you are sitting in a room with a bunch of musicians and experience them working through songs....really good stuff
  12. There's something to be said for a well done hippie jam, big fan of Rusted Root stuff.
  13. I dont think she is. She’s got her own band. Saw her open for The Who and you are correct. She’s amazing
  14. I'm glad Jerry Garcia and the Grateful Dead's music lives on, it's a really big piece of enjoyment in my life. August 1, 1942-August 9, 1995

  20. i constantly screen calls, even if they are friends, sometimes i am simply not in the mood to chat....usually i will make up an excuse like i was in the bathroom or in a high level meeting via text...hopefully i haven't offended anyone, it was more my mood than not wanting to talk to them specifically
  21. My parents are still in the same house they bought when I was 3 in 1966.
