  1. this is one I first saw here and it never gets old
  2. Exactly, that is what he is supposed to do as part of his job..his boorish behavior then reflects upon him as an employer of the BN. We can agree to disagree on the who started the fighting, as I do know that he kind of turned himself into a target by his behavior....people knew they could get a rise out of him, but I still have seen too many times(probably a bit of hyperbole on my part) him going from 0-100 without any significant provocation.
  3. when he uses his twitter feed to disseminate his BN work, he is representing BN, and he needs to stop the childish behavior. Lets face it, if he wasn't a journalist for the BN he would just be a twitter guy with 5 followers. He used his 'status' as a professional journalist to build up his twitter universe, as a result he needs to act appropriately to the standards set forth by his employer. And for the record, i don't think other start most of it....someone disagrees with a stance and he goes top rope, he is the one that takes that leap most of the time. And for the record, i find his reporting to be very good...i always enjoy reading his work and have praised him on twitter many times for it....it's his alter ego, on the coattails of the BN, that I have my issues with.
  4. But he uses his twitter feed as an extension of his journalism...so basically he is acting like a douche while at his job, wouldn't be too different if i sat in the hallway of my office building and made fun of my co-workers during business hours...sure i am not technically IN the office, but the hallway is an extension of it....i know its an over simplified example, but he clouded the lines...should have gone the brian colangelo route and gotten a couple burner accounts......oh wait...that didn't work out either.
  5. if you are going to one of the TX shows, most of them are not unknown artists, or country....head and the heart are a great singer songwriter group, edie brickell....still have a major crush on her, even if she does beat paul simon on a regular basis, Ryan Bingham is awesome and Lukas Nelson and Promise of the Real are really hot...oh and he's Willie's kid.....too bad you aren't getting Van Morrison, he's on the Philly bill.
  6. People also still think that Trump is the one spending time on twitter.....
  7. and almost right on cue, it's laughable
  8. I find it very amusing that NKorea or Summit or Denuclearization aren't trending on Twitter today, I would bet that when the Presidents Twitter account misspelled the first lady's name, that trended, but not the events of today.....
  9. To me, it means today...and tomorrow it will mean the current today...the time's they are a changin' and I don't want to impede the progress
  10. should have given him some chin music, kids these days are way too soft

  13. wow,, kind of surprised after the organization announced they believed he had little or no involvement
  14. that looked to me like it should have been a non call....it was game time contact and unfortunately with the disparity of size of the 2 involved, steph was sent flying
  15. i'm fat, i use the assisted pull up machine at planet fitness, i was totally intimidated by it because i didn't think i'd even be able to do one, but as time went on, i kept decreasing the amount of 'assist' still couldn't do one unassisted.
  16. dude, i am straight as the next guy, but hell, i have a thing for bradley cooper, NOT that there is anything wrong with that
  17. You could be 100% correct, planets aligned this year for the young sixers team, there were zero expectations and they finished higher than anyone expected. Embid could be very limited with his past knee issues, who knows what is gonna happen with fultz. I like Brown as the coach but you are spot on, he was as much responsible for some of those playoff losses, hopefully he learns from that as I imagine, regular season and playoffs are completely different animals when it comes to actually executing. And I don't want to sound anti lebron....I absolutely love watching him play, Jordan is still GOAT in my mind, but Lebron is breathing down his neck. I just have something 'stuck in my craw' about him being a team wrecker as opposed to a team builder
  18. but this looks like it has some major promise....big Cooper fan, Lady Gaga is an amazing singer, music by Lukas Nelson and Jason Isbell co-starring Dave Chappelle, Sam Elliot and Andrew Dice Clay?????
  19. I really don't want him here in Philly, i believe he would upset the youth movement going on here. Lebron, imho, is not a team builder, he is like the boss that doesn't trust his subordinates to do the task at hand and does the tasks for them. This doesn't mean i don't consider him among the top 5 greatest NBA players of all time. Sadly it does seem Philly might be his landing spot, major speculation that his son will be enrolled at Malvern Prep, less than a few hundred yards from my house. I want to see the Sixers get rid of colangelo, bring back hinkie , and let the process continue. I think this young team has promise and doesn't need an 'intrusion' like lebron, despite his immense skills as a ball player
  20. Does your husband listen to music also???
