I just did a corned beef 140/48. I never knew it was possible to make a non-stringy corned beef. Sure it takes a while to cool, but with some planning, I've gotten near perfect results each time I've used it.

If anyone has Amazon Prime Video, "Forever' with Maya Rudolph and Fred Armisten is very enjoyable. Only 8 episodes/1 season so far, but it's a cool premise that you can't reveal to people because it does kind of spoil it.

Did you see Boeheim talking about Zion during the post game, heaping all sorts of praise on him, says he's like Charles Barkley, but not as fat, then he chuckled....I can't wait to hear Chuckies response. He is truly a beast out there, if he can develop a better outside shot he will certainly be a candidate for the next great NBA player
