  1. signing Milano, Williams and Feliciano means we can focus on other areas. Otherwise we were drafting LB and OT in the first three rounds. They in those rounds they can go BPA to upgrade CB, TE, DT, RB and OL via the draft. They can grab a speedy WR too. The only key area left is a big one. DE/Edge rush. The top will be gone at 30. After the top tier you have developmental DEs. The FA market is not great for DE and prices are usually high for pass rushers. . Maybe they swing a trade? Maybe the trade up, or down? I have confidence that Beane will bring in somebody to help.
  2. Nice signing. He can play all three interior OL positions and he adds a nasty streak to the group. He is like a body guard to Allen. Players want to be Buffalo Bills again.
  3. Well. GM of an NFL franchise is a pretty cool job.
  4. Good point and I did not consider that. Still, the direction of the franchise and the perception of the city are both trending up and both of them want to come back. I’ll take it.
  5. Wow. What great news. Brandon Beane and Coach McD. There is a reason why NFL Players want to stay on your team. Thank You.
  6. Beane will make an offer that we can afford to make. After all, Robert’s has made plays every year. If he gets a better deal and he goes, he goes down a very good contributor to very good Buffalo Bills teams. He might stay because he likes team, the city, and the Bills culture - so Beane should talk to him and make a reasonable offer. Good point. If it comes to it, McKenzie can also return punts and kicks.
  7. Saban might be better on game-day, maybe. Overall Levy was much more consistent, steadfast, dedicated and loyal. Saban was also very involved in player acquisition and building his teams. Levy worked with Polian and Butler.
  8. Once we sign someone else to rush the passer.
  9. Solid veteran and key contributor to the turnaround in performance and in culture. Best wishes Smoke.
  10. We need help at DL/Edge, LB, 2nd CB, OG, TE, and probably RT and RB. I think they address DE and several positions in free agency. This will dictate how they draft. If we can retain a few of our guys, and also sign some free agent help, then it will depend on what positions still neeed to be addressed at draft time as to how he handle it.
  11. Yes, Coincidentally one of lowest paid on the team. Cookie Gilchrist sold Christmas Trees outside the Rockpile one year.
  12. Yup, I didn’t understand anything in the OP, probably because I don’t play video games or Instagram. I can remember the Bills of the 60’s and their off season was selling cars or insurance, speaking at banquets, and dabbling in restaurants. Cant wait for free agency and the draft.
  13. Like most UDFAs, he is a backup player or spot starter. There are reasons we can’t run the ball well and he is one of them.
  14. True. Although his pass protection was only bad one game, otherwise he was effective. Unfortunately it was the biggest game and he had to take on the 2nd best DT in the NFL. We ran better when he was at center. He is a great teammate that is driven. Release Morse, put some of the savings on Feliciano. He is not a player that breaks the bank but you get everything he has.
  15. Yes and hopefully he can play like Kyle soon.
  16. Good for him. This just in .... We are not going to get every player we pursue.
  17. Maybe so. Buffalo at least has to be worth a listen for him.
  18. Contender yes. Buffalo will probably talk to him if he is interested. Starting is not important. He is now a situational player that would benefit from rotation. It will prolong his career. He is a veteran and he knows that.
  19. This is a classic example of bull#### media and highlights a problem with social media and all media. listen to the full clip and he said nothing wrong, he spread the problems with their offense evenly and accurately. Listen to the edited clip and he is made to look like a blamer. No story here.
  20. It depends on who the sign in free agency. I can see several veteran players released to add cap money for a proven Edge rusher. I doubt we can draft one at 30 that can make a big impact right away and we are ready to win now. Of we lose Milano (LB) or Williams (RT) then they could pick his replacement with this pick as well.
  21. Useful and reliable. I would make a fair offer to keep him. As others stated his kick return value is a bonus.
  22. Agree we need better guards. I want to move Feliciano to center using some of the money saved by letting Morse go. Recall when Morse was declared healthy from concussion. McD opted to keep Feliciano at center another week. We ran better with Feliciano at center. Upgrading guard is still a must if we want to run better, but keep a quality guy like Feliciano if you get an affordable deal. He is a Buffalo Bill and will play hard for this team.
  23. One bad game against the 2nd best DT in the league. He has been solid or better otherwise. I make an offer looking for slight discount. I see him going to center and I use some of the Morse savings on Feliciano plus zI draft a C/OG somewhere in the first 5 picks.
  24. Let’s not forget that both of KC’s starting Tackles were out. They had a backup at RT against Buffalo, then their LT got hurt at the end of the AFC championship.
  25. If the Bills OL was even close to elite they would already have a running game. More speed at RB will help but maybe the blocking could be better?
