The problem with this is you’re factoring in his two season where the team was pretty much devoid of talent. If you focused on the past three season where the team reached the postseason their record is not nearly. 3 of the losses this season were 1 score games and there is usually some randomness at play with those types of games. So basically you’ve formed an opinion and you’re using data lacking a lot of context to push your bias There’s truth that McDermott needs to cosch better in big games but he has made some progress over the past two years. I think the emotional takes about him are ridiculous. And by the way, he’s going no where. He’s the most powerful person at OBD outside of the owners. It’s going to take a giant collapse for him to get fired any time soon. I just think it’s ridiculously reactionary. Don’t get me wrong McDermott has his faults but fans want to blame him for everything. Some things are out of his control. I think he’s a pretty good coach and while this season has been somewhat disappointing it would be foolhardy to fire him

Your premise is flawed and ridiculously emotional and reactionary. Good thing you’re not running an NFL franchise. To say McDermott has never beaten a good coach is untrue and there are countless examples from last season alone - including two in the playoffs. It’s a tired argument that a lot of Bills fans will make that isn’t true. I don’t think he’s the best coach in the NFL and he’s definitely not perfect but I also think he’s a lot better than people who think like you believe.

It’s an idea that sounds better on paper than in reality. Brown has fallen off a Cliff. There’s a reason he’s a street FA.

Not everyone on this lists are “experts.” Many of them are fans just like us with a blog. Second, the ratio is 54-46. Nearly 50/50. Third, the Bills were slightly favored on pickwatch in the first matchup. How’d that work out. They can also make more space by getting out of contracts

Wasn’t he criticized for his game management last week. I’d say he’s good but wouldn’t call him “brilliant” when it comes to game management. “Coaching is huge, but Belichick is right. The players have to execute. Hughes, Addison and Lotulelei have three of the top six salary cap figures on the team this year. The Bills need a good finish to the season from all three.” Yeah so this isn’t happening. None of these three will have any impact on the game. They’ve been largely invisible all season long and might make a nice play here or there - but they aren’t affecting the game in a big way.

I agree they could utilize him a little better but who gives a shot about his “numbers?” It was going to be nearly impossible to duplicate the season he put up last year. This years there’s been so many factors as to why the offense has struggled

He’s right but many of Feliciano’s teammates were not vaxxed and/or were very outspoken about it. It’s tough to fault people for assuming he was anti-vax

Everything is right. Leslie Frazier has tried his best to manufacture a pass rush through blitzing or delays or stunts. The problem is they only seem to get pressure when they blitz. The front four usually is not very at generating a rush.

It’s sucks..:even vaccinated players are getting infected. The Bills have been relatively lucky in terms of only losing a few players at a time to COVID. Let’s hope that continues

Im wondering why the Bills can’t get Stevenson on the field for a gadget play like a reverse or shovel pass etc. Get Dion back and run off left tackle with Gabe Davis blocking the outside CB

Yeah that sucks. It’s crazy how perhaps the two highest profile players to gamble on themselves with the franchise tag (Dak, Godwin) both ended up with season ending injuries. It didn’t make much of a difference for Dak contract wise. Not sure it will be the same way for Godwin

It’s very crazy to think that the most prolific passer in Bills history, running the most innovative and powerful offense only was able to throw for 32 Touchdowns.

The offense is so much better with Davis active. We definitely want to mix in Sanders but Davis deserves to be WR 2

Huntley might be a better passer than Lamar but Lamar is a much better runner… Pretty sure they re-sign Lamar but I wouldn’t be shocked to see them try to trade Huntley for a mid-round draft pick
