  1. Again though, you change the argument. I’m not disagreeing with anything you said. But I told you to name a 2nd round DE who was made INACTIVE on Week 1 of their rookie, that turned out to be a stud. You never see second round draft picks - especially defensive ends as a healthy scratch. It never happens which is why I said, if it’s the case with Epinesa then I’d consider they to be a disappointment. You disagreed. So I’ll ask you again: Name a 2nd round DE who was made INACTIVE on Week 1 of their rookie, that turned out to be a stud?
  2. Overrated (by Bills fans): Josh Allen. Look he made some improvement last year and the trajectory seems to be pointing up. But he has a LONG way to go. The amount of excuses that Bills fans will make not to blame Allen is off the charts Dawson Knox - He has shown some tremendous flashes but made some huge mental errors as well. The missed block vs Houston was on him, and it was a killer. He has issues with drops too. Underrated (by Bills fans): Trent Murphy - decent DE that plays the run well. He will never be a monster pass rusher, but remember, there’s a reason why he started over Shaq Lawson. Brian Daboll - not the best OC but not the worst either. He dialed up some good plays last season that weren’t executed well, included many downfield passes which Allen couldn’t connect. TJ Yeldon - Yeldon was a good 3rd down back for Jacksonville and he was effective when he got a chance to play last year in Cincy. The fumble are a huge issue but if he could get that taken care of he’s a good runner and receiver
  3. Ok but we’re talking 1st or 2nd DE’s. That’s a position that rookies can jump and contribute early. Name a DE that was taken in the 2nd round that was a healthy scratch in his first game? I’m sure there haven’t been many and if you can find a DE that didn’t dress and turned out to be a stud, I’m sure it’s an outlier. I’m concerned that AJ has a low ceiling
  4. BINGO! Fans love to criticize Daboll but give Allen a free pass. Both have been in Buffalo for 3 seasons, have been given some degree of freedom/autonomy, and have provided with some excellent offensive weapons. I don’t see how you can’t lump them together in terms of offensive success. If the offense is good or bad it will attributed to both of them.
  5. I’m sorry - there’s no way around it. When your 2nd round DE, who many thought had a 1st round grade, is not dressed then it’s a disappointment. Im sure there have been examples before, but I can’t remember a time when a high profile DE prospect started the year as a healthy scratch. Not good
  6. Funny how they removed the Bills logo from his helmet and then basically recreated the Bills logo in the lettering LOL
  7. Maybe he was a great leader in the locker room but I really didn’t see him offer much on the field. Even on Special Teams he didn’t seem to standout - including the time he failed to recognize NE’s punt block formation which led to a TD. It was fun watching him try to run a dee route in the playoffs
  8. Not filling in good. He needs to shave it off
  9. Yeah these type of subscription services have been real successful marketing tactics for a lot of smaller companies. I guess the appeal is that they make good gifts to people. But personally I never liked the idea.
  10. Easy choice is San Fran.... but I’ll say Seattle
  11. Hard pass. I’m just not a fan of these “boxes” that these online companies are trying to push.
  12. The weird thing about picking Miami to win 10 games this season is that it would seem to contract the plans the organization has for Tua. Many believe Fitzpatrick is the bridge QB and will turns the reigns over to Tua at some point this season. If Miami is 10-6, there’s a good chance that probably doesn’t happen. Not so sure they want him to sit the entire year. But then again, it worked great for Mahomes - so who knows?
  13. They won’t have an additional RB spot on the roster, so that means if they sign him its Yeldon’s roster spot
  14. What did Duke in was the playoff loss in Houston. He had a tremendous opportunity coming off a good games versus NYJ. In big moments Duke came up empty including failing to make contested catches twice (1 in the endzone at the end of the half) and dropping another pass toward the end of the game. His calling card was that if he could get his hands on the ball, he could make the catch. His play dictated the opposite. If Duke makes one of those catches, you can easily argue it would be a different game. From that moment on, I think it eliminated any thought that he could be a contributor at WR and the team knew they needed a significant upgrade at WR. I like Duke and hope he catches on with another team as well. I think he has pretty good talent and could contribute on ST’s. I don’t think he’s a starter but can him helping in 4 wide or different passing packages
  15. I’m shocked that this is actually a news story. Clearly Smith used “parking cars” as a euphemism for being out of the league or not playing in the NFL. Putting this in the headline makes it seems like he’s literally parking cars. The author must be on a pay-per-click deal He also had the TD catch that was ruled incomplete on NE. Pretty sad that’s considered a “highlight”
  16. Which is why you’ll likely see Jon Feliciano make the initial 53, only to go on IR the next day. So you may a lineman like Ike Boettger released today only to be signed tomorrow
  17. Rosen’s not coming to Buffalo. Not happening.
  18. I think he’ll bounce around as a backup or a fringe starter for teams that desperate for a QB.
  19. Foster’s value is more on ST’s than as a WR. I’d be surprised if they can trade Foster or Croom but then again Beane did get a 6th for Russell Bodine - so you never know
  20. Sal played this one very straight which makes sense but there are always surprises and he didn’t really account for those.
  21. Maybe.... he’s someone that could probably get brought back on the PS
