Where you see that?
-
I seen him coming off limping during the browns game but thought it was lower body, didnt know they announced it as upper body. It seemed like Gabe was allows battling some type of injury here. Also dont miss the alligator catch technique. I can't believe he is still catching that way this many years in the league.

One of the best college LBs in the nation is from Buffalo
Back2Buff replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in The Stadium Wall
It's a very weak draft year for LBs coming up and it seems like each team is using at least 6 a year with all the injuries. I think he goes a lot higher than some on here are thinking. Every year there are guys from smaller schools that go way higher than the avg college football fan would think. I think it means as little as ever where guys go to school. -
I think they have them at the 716 store in depew area.

Would rather have Cain than Hamler

Bills acquire Jets DB and return man Brandon Codrington

Why not just use Cain? -
When did he play?

Andreessen will make the team - UPDATE: he made it
Back2Buff replied to Doc's topic in The Stadium Wall
100% this. People acting like they know anything about Spector are just guessing. We have seen more from Andreessen than we have Spector, and Spector has been here two more years. Tells you everything you need to know about Spector. -
I was more impressed with Cain than I was Shavers.

They should at least do a more 50/50 split between 1 and afternoon. Like you said, the 1 games should at least be 1:05. 1:15 and 1:25 to keep up with the 4 slot timing

Got it free last year and didnt think it was wasn't worth it for me to pay. I enjoy red zone much more than individual games. The NFL also sucks at scheduling so pretty much the Sunday ticket was useless for the afternoon games. Red zone will find the best game and just stick on it. Also, fanduel gave out a three free weeks. When the Bills are playing at one, I just focus on that anyways. So will probably take the three weeks free 2-4. Think you have until end of Sept to use code.

He didn't request a trade.
-
You can let him walk after this year with zero dead money. He is playing this year on his current deal. You don't have to commit to him. Jones would be the starting LB next to Bernard this year. A starting LB is more valuable than a 4th string CB
-
Elam for Ernest Jones, who says no? Rams lost Kendricks in July and are very thin at CB. Bills have a huge need for LB. I honestly think Ingram is the Bills 3rd CB right now, and Hardy has shown some potential.

Andreessen will make the team - UPDATE: he made it
Back2Buff replied to Doc's topic in The Stadium Wall
When has Spector played to the level Andreessen has shown? Seriously. The guy was mediocre at Clemson, ok in the Bills preseason games, and has pretty much got hurt in every game he was needed to be relied upon. You could find a guy off the street like Spector if we need a LB in 5 weeks. -
Once a person realizes the superiority College Football has on the NFL, the NFL is a tough watch and follow. Around 5 or so years ago I got into college football, and its just a far better overall product. College football saturday > NFL sunday. The NFL is just too "rich" for me. These players know what they are doing. Collect the paycheck, and get those muscle injuries to prevent from getting a more major injury.

Curtis Samuel Turf Toe, Other Injury Updates
Back2Buff replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall
Samuel missed a game last year for turf toe. At this point, it seems to be reoccurring. I would get the surgery now and have him good for next season. Just write this one off. -
Curtis Samuel Turf Toe, Other Injury Updates

Turf toe ended Claypool's career. -
Did he not cover? I have seen All-22 clips where he was on Pickens at one point and played it perfectly. Him getting the start isn't something out of left field. I have heard rumblings that he has been showing things you can't teach in training camp. The Bills could have played Jones against the Pitt starters, but they went with the guy who they feel is going to have a role on this team. Right now, Andreessen is the 5th LB on this team. He could easily surprise Spector by Week 1.

People also forget they barely beat the Chargers with a back up QB, and NE that had like 4 turnovers in the first quarter. This team is going to STRUGGLE.

With or without JJ, they are a 2-5 win team. That schedule is brutal.
