  1. How did we take the lead in NE, maybe a Poyer fumble?!?! The offense got the ball first in OT and what happened? The Bills offense had EIGHT possessions where they got ZERO points vs Den. Ya, lets blame the defense.
  2. Every kicker misses kicks. Every WR drops passes. Pretty sure the team with the most drops is in the super bowl. Allen leads the league in turnovers since he became a regular starter.
  3. We don't even play the playoff games if the defense doesn't get this team into the playoffs. We have the number one seed and week 18 "bye" if Allen doesn't throw 3 picks vs Jets, 2 vs Den, and doesn't throw a pick on first play of game vs NE. How healthy would we have been if guys didn't have to play for 2 weeks?
  4. Get the heck out of here with that crap, seriously just go away. The guy led the league in turnovers on continuous BONEHEAD plays. People need to stop blaming everyone else but the guy literally giving the ball to the other team.
  5. I dont think we make the playoffs if Frazier is the DC. The D was more aggressive this year which lead to turnovers that won us games, when the offense left the D for dead.
  6. When you go out and complete the same mistake game after game, you are not listening to your coach, therefore not respecting him. How many times did Allen throw an INT with a 15 yard out route against the sideline? How many times did he need to be told to read the defense before throwing the ball? It's not secret how harsh Daboll was with Allen. We seen it on TV. Allen goes back to the bench now, grabs his IPad, and Brady will console him. Allen is a child at heart, he will admit it himself. You need to be stern with a child for it to sink in.
  7. You can be hard nosed and demand respect without screaming. It's clear as day, Josh doesn't fear or respect Dorsey and Brady like he did Daboll. Daboll wouldn't let Josh just do whatever he wanted out there.
  8. With the Bills not learning and just giving Josh what he wants in the OC coach again, they need to find a QB coach that is going to get into Josh's brain. A guy that has been around for a while, and isn't looking to baby Allen. One guy I'm wondering if he will do it as a "favor", is Frank Reich. He obviously doesn't need a job, but wondering if he would come back here to try and get us over the hump. These last two hires at QB coach, Dorsey and Brady, have been young guys that were looking to eventually be head coaches. We don't need to go in that direction again.
  9. I'm sure some may have forgotten, but we have Al Holcomb on staff, who was the Carolina LB coach during the Luke Kuechly, Thomas Davis, & Shaq Thompson era.
  10. Morris just got another chance after failing in Tampa. Romeo Crennel got multiple jobs. Tony Dungy got multiple jobs. Herm Edwards got multiple jobs. Todd Bowles got multiple jobs. I could go on and on with African American coaches that got multiple chances too.
  11. He has a 0% chance of getting the job. We are "doing him a solid" by giving him interview experience I guess. I just hate the Rooney rule. I think qualified candidates will find their ways to jobs by their resume, not because of the color of their skin.
  12. Unfortunately we all know why this is happening.
  13. There was no turn around on the offense with him as coach. The offense struggled just as much, if not more. There were games where they had turnover luck that greatly benefited them. Really the only difference was Allen running more, which is that something you really want for 17 games in a season? Go back and read about all the issues Brady had in Carolina, he sounds awfully familiar. There's nothing complex about Brady's scheme. It's very basic, which is why he struggled to have positive results. In this league, you can't be predictable. You have to throw in a bunch of motions, double moves, RPO's, rub routes, and present the defense with some eye candy pre-snap. From what I can tell, 90% of the motions are just to expose if the defense is in man or zone coverage. There are very few motions into routes, blocks, or once again, eye candy. That quote about, is exactly what we seen with the Bills. The Bills added more motion, but it was literally just what was described above. Look at the motion that Miami runs, vs the motion that Brady ran. Read some of these responses from Carolina fans. This is the same things that we seen in his short time here. It's really concerning. Fan POV Joe Brady is/was the guy who ran the same 5 plays on Madden against the A.I. and impressed his friends. Then he went online and everyone else knew how to stop those plays. How many times are we going to see the WR screen? This is so true. He was also terrible at making adjustments, our 3rd quarter scoring being a prime example. Overall, I think he was decent at play & scheme design, but could never put it into action for longer than a few drives The second halfs were terrible under Brady. 1st KC game, 14 in 1st/6 in 2nd. LA game, 14 in 1st/10 in 2nd. 7 points in 2nd half vs NE. 10 points in 2nd half vs Pitt. 7 points in 2nd half vs KC. His scheme was pretty chaotic and bad overall. There were multiple plays where receivers end up in the same spot once the route develops. Even his short yardage play is terrible. I honestly can't say what I think his strength was overall because nothing about him was amazing. As I mentioned in another post, his play designs rely on having physically dominant talent and once you get to the NFL--everyone is kind of on a level playing field. Didn't we have WR running into each other vs KC. Being physically dominant sounds familiar with the Dallas game. Often looked like the opponents knew what play was coming. Seemed like play calling tended not to be balanced it would be all screens or no screens, All runs or no runs etc. There were things that felt like strengths from a fans perspective that we almost didn’t use at all at times like short routes to CMC and runs with Cam. No offensive player has really shown improvement while the defensive players seem to work on their weaknesses. Maybe it’s our lack of understanding of the complexity but from my perspective it’s hard to find something that it appears he excelled at. The main defense is just that our offensive players are not good. This hits home big time.
  14. Read this article and it sounds awfully familiar to what we seen in Buffalo in the few weeks. A lot of people forget that he wasn't the offensive coordinator at LSU, he was the passing game coordinator and wide receivers coach, thus meaning he has never had full control of an offense before. Looking back on it, you could argue that those star players that he had at LSU were the sole reason he earned an opportunity with Rhule and the Panthers in the first place. Sometimes players make a coach look better than he really is. https://www.si.com/nfl/panthers/gm-report/a-look-at-why-the-joe-brady-experiment-failed
  15. Great hire. I love teams are going with good people. No one wants to work with BB.
  16. Do you know what he did then? He didn't create the game plan or call the plays.
  17. Ensminger was way more than the run game coordinator, he was the OC before Brady got there. He was the one doing all the play calling for LSU. He commanded the explosive offensive attack in 2019 that resulted in several school records and a national championship. From a coaching standpoint, he’s the best. From game-planning to play-calling, Steve was outstanding. He developed our players on the field and he helped mold them into young men off the field. I can’t thank Steve enough for his loyalty and his willingness to do whatever was asked of him.” https://www.wafb.com/2020/12/22/lsu-offensive-coordinator-steve-ensminger-retires-field-coaching-transitions-into-analyst-role/
  18. Cook had one great game versus a very flawed Dallas D. You could actually argue that Cook was better with Dorsey overall. Cook's last three games of regular season were some of the worst games of the season.
  19. Not sure why this isn't getting as much attention as Kliff Kingsbury got. This dude is a man missile.
  20. Am I the only one that doesn't want Brady? I was fine with giving him an opportunity, but the passing game was really bad under him. Like it takes a special coordinator to see that big of a drop off in Diggs. Brady's only solution to Diggs was screen passes. Is that the coordinator you want? He was fired in Carolina. He gets way too much credit for that LSU offense. He wasn't even the sole OC. He was so new in the position, my guess he was more of a coffee runner at LSU.
  21. Relies heavily on his coordinators. Guy doesn't call plays or anything.
  22. Using the patient one wins in the end. Respecting a process usually ends up better in the long run. To go from a position coach to having full control of a defense, seems like a very large leap. He could be the DC here with a defensive coach and learn a lot about playing calling and overall defensive scheme. With the Giants, he is going to have to figure that all out by himself.
