Ty Johnson’s wife’s sign at the Bills game
Back2Buff replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
Its RB, there are hundreds of capable guys out there. If Bills want him, they will get him. -
He's pretty terrible. I feel like Beane should stick to his scouting staff when drafting players and not going off what players on the team think of him. I would rather have Kareem Jackson play. This also shows how much a better player Hamlin is than he gets credit for. Hamlin just being the correct position is a huge benefit to the rest of team.

Coleman shows up Allen on first TD target

Did Aaron Rodgers post this thread? -
His size has been a concern of mine since we drafted him. It lead to injuries in college and now we see it in the NFL. Beyond that, last year teams had zero tape on him. He didnt even play in preseason. Towards the end of last year, you seen teams start to figure him out and then it has just continued into this year. The problem the Bills have, they don't want to try Buffalo Joe, so right now Bernard is miles better than what they have on tape as the backups. I wouldn't lock into an extension with Bernard. Dorian Williams is the type of MLB I like. My personal opinion, I don't need my MLB in coverage. I would rather them just attack. If you do the math, there is zero need for an MLB to have to play coverage. On the field, you have 5 O lineman and a QB on offense. You shouldn't need 7 guys on defense covering the pass. There are only a max of 5 guys that can catch a pass. I thought Edmunds would make a better OLB and think the same with Bernard. The better coverage LB should be the OLB. I wish Dorian and Bernard would flop positions, and allow Dorian to spy the QB and attack the line on rushing downs.

Spencer Brown deserves his own thread.

Still takes too many pre snap penalities -
Elam speed was evident out there and allowed us to play more man. I think that element is desperately needed. Our secondary is just too slow which forces us into too much zone. Douglas has been mediocre at best this year with no INTs. I'm rolling with Elam for his speed. Bishop can take a seat on bench. I would rather play Jackson.

Random talking head says something about the Bills

Looks like they just listed the probable final standings heading into playoffs. I have zero issues. -
In terms of team vibes, its the best bowl game out there. Let the boys have some fun. At the end of the day, with the playoffs, these other bowl games are all pretty meaningless. Go to the one that the players will have a good time.

Gabe's blocking ability being a reason to sign him was always the most idiotic statement I could never get behind. Guys like Hollins can provide that for minimal cost.
-
My biggest issue with Milano is that you can literally see him playing with one arm. I don't know why he is out there. Dorian Williams is better than Milano with one arm

CB is the CB. Dont even bother with the name. CB and TB.

Poona Ford and Tim Settle success this year should tell you all you need. The Bills can swap in who ever they want. The system has so little stunts and deception. Its very easy to defend.
-
I think half of Elam's issues are injuries. Even in the game we needed him, he went out for an injury. His body seems to breakdown. In saying that, he should be playing over Douglas. If Douglas isn't gonna get turnovers, he is no better than Elam.

McDermott isn't the D coordinator. I wish he would take the reins back. Babich is lost.

Its the scheme, not the players. You can bring in as many players as you want over the years, the scheme is absolutely so vanilla and easy to figure out. I said it in the Dolphins vs Rams thread, the Dolphins confused the Rams O line and dominated, the Bills wont do that.

Milano will never be what he once was. This isn't just about rust. They need to go back to Dorian and use Milano on blitz packages.

Week 14 - Bills at Rams Game Week Thread

To get the one seed, its a must win. Rapp plays for the Bills and doesn't have an injury designation this week so he will be playing vs Rams. -
Week 14 - Bills at Rams Game Week Thread

I can only go off the game tape, and its ugly. It wasn't just the absolute horrible Nico TD, but he was abused in the run game too in Houston. Based on what he has shown in game tape this year, its bad. He can certainly get better, but I don't want to try that in a must win game vs a very strong WR group in Rams. Rapp is playing so it's a moot point now. -

Bishop in for Rapp would be game changing. I dont think there is a worse safety in the league than Bishop. I would expect many long TDs to Rams WR. I dont understand how Rapp was practicing at all with a neck issue. I would think he would be good to play and I hope he gets to play against his former team. -
The player has to agree to sign with that team. Lots of guys over the years and this year have stuck on the PS of buffalo vs a role on the 53 with another team.

The first question with the signing of Hyde is the role he'll have on the team. The safety duo of Damar Hamlin and Taylor Rapp has been a success, so opting to shake that up as a 10-2 team in the stretch run before the playoffs would seem like an odd choice. McDermott was quick to address it. "I say this respectfully, very little," McDermott said when asked what the expectations should be of Hyde. "We're in a good spot, you know, very confident in the guys that have played there all season long, and done it, done both. They're done a nice job, as I said a few minutes ago. 'Very little' from the standpoint of just managing expectations, is why I'm saying that, right? 'Very little' from, hey, 'you're going to come in and you're going to play and you're going to help,' no, let's just take it one day at a time, and let's, number one, make sure everybody understands what his role is right now, and we'll just see. We'll just take it one day at a time. Bills' head coach Sean McDermott answers burning questions about the return of Micah Hyde and his role on the team (atozsports.com)
