  1. Money or not, I believe these guys want to win the Super Bowl! It's why they dreamed of becoming a football player since they were five, pretending to throw the game winning TD in the backyard, just like most of us--difference is they were so much more obsessed (and gifted) that they actually made it to the NFL. Draymond Green from the NBA Warriors recently said in an interview that winning their first championship was the best feeling he's ever had in his life. I think it would be for most of the Bills too.
  2. Random observation: Tony Romo seems to be coming around to the Bills more and more. I rewatched Sunday's game and I think he cried or choked up after Hines' first kick return. He starts explaining how incredible it is, stops mid-sentence with an audible sigh/groan, then goes silent for ten seconds. Nantz picks it up and then Romo composes himself and comes back, a little shaky. We might get Nantz and Romo every playoff game if it's Dolphins, Bengals, and Chiefs.
  3. Another factor in Tua playing or not is the spotlight on the Bills after Damar. Buffalo is the LAST team the NFL wants to see involved in another scary injury. I can see Goodell and Troy Vincent telling Ross he better be damn sure Tua is okay before letting him play. Cause bad PR is something they hate, not because they're so worried about Tua's safety. And yet, if they leave it up to Ross I have a feeling he sends Tua out there. It's just in keeping with his history of cheating, scummy behavior. By the way, I ordered a "Did We Win?" t-shirt from Damar's Chasing M's site today, hoping it arrives in time for the game!
  4. Looking back, I feel weirdly confident the Bills would have found a way to beat the Bengals. So many teams started hot against Buffalo. And the Bills always righted the ship, and found a way. It's wild we've only lost 3 times with what they've been through. Sucks we lost home field advantage this year. But this team has the strength to power through it all. Starting with Miami. I don't think we will effortlessly dominate (that's not the character of this team, that was more the 2021 Bills who were feast/famine), but a solid win seems in the cards.
  5. Hahaha Skip is a moron, but Smoke did look like a star on the play!
  6. I’d go with Smoke Brown. He could open things up and we don’t have that role, the speedster with great playmaking ability, between McKenzie and Shakir.
  7. Dude, this is a playoff game! Different kettle of fish.
  8. Once again we played flat for long stretches, turned the ball over three times, and made everything look hard, yet scored 35 and won by two scores. Huge credit to the Bills for getting through the game after the most emotional, life-or-death week any of them have been a part of. Would love to have an easy game next week. Need one before the Bengals come to town.
  9. Might be time to give John Brown some more snaps at outside WR2.
  10. It’s over. Bring on Miami. High of 32 degrees next weekend in Buffalo.
  11. Is it better to face the Phins or the Patriots? Depends on Tua’s health I guess.
  12. I hear you. But the comments about Josh not being a good player bug me—that’s absurd.
  13. All you haterz on this thread, talking **** about Allen and the Bills TAKE THAT
  14. So glad we started running. With all emotions we should have run the ball a lot from the beginning, and set up play action, instead of the usual Dorsey gunning down the field every down.
  15. LET’S GO BUFFALO THIS ONE IS SPECIAL ALL FOR 3 LOVE YOU DAMAR
  16. Man, speaking as someone with a three year old and a ten week old, the idea of watching that show uninterrupted for two and a half hours sounds like utter bliss.
  17. Nah. It means surgery on Belichick’s defense and 4 or 5 total TDs, bro.
  18. Have a feeling Josh goes nuclear in this game. 17 feeds on emotion and playing for others and he’s playing for 3 this time. LET’S GO BILLS!
  19. There won’t be an asterisk, nobody can assume the Bengals would have beaten us. They start hot and go away for the middle two quarters all the time. We are tough and super resilient and take other teams’ best punch and come back to win often. Finally, the Bengals’ hot start against us had everything to do with us blitzing Burrow, which he feasts on. I’m pretty sure Leslie was testing that and would have stopped blitzing by the second quarter. At that point the Bengals might have been unable to score for a long stretch. The Bills’ defense has done this to teams so many times!
  20. Bills 27, Pats 9 (3 cubed to 3 squared)
  21. Josh talked about how the team has been hugging each other and really “leaning into it” and how important that has been. I’m always impressed with how secure in their masculinity the current Bills are. It’s a new generation.
