  1. During his tenure the Bills did not have the culture or support staff for young players that they do now. The coaching staff was not as detail oriented about player development, recovery, and physical load management. They may have reached out, but they weren't as buttoned up as they are now with player development. I don't want to make it sound like his career trajectory was the sole fault of the Bills either, ultimately it was up to him.
  2. A lot of hate here for a guy who clearly didn't have it all put together during his time in Buffalo and the Bills failed to get him the support network he needed. Maybe it wouldn't have mattered but I'm not gonna hate on a guy for liking Buffalo. Wish it worked out better but it is what it is.
  3. I'd argue that the Bills already have better depth at O-Line than the majority of the league, just not the top end talent, but that's really besides the point that I already made. Teams don't trade O-Lineman midseason, so your idea of "well just get an O-Lineman" is a non-starter. The guys on the street aren't better than what we already have at O-Line depth. If they were, teams wouldn't be picking JAGs like Luke Tenuta off the practice squad.
  4. Find one who is on the trading block who would be an upgrade from what we have. Hint: It doesn't exist. You might as well say you want them to sign a unicorn.
  5. I love the idea of a 2 year deal that's heavy on the incentives. Be great if that was true.
  6. I think Gibson would be a good fit as well.
  7. I think the Bills can afford it.
  8. That's basically my take. I think it looks cool. The Stadium needs to be updated. I'm happy it's being updated.
  9. If you aren't tailgating with a Wegman's sub you're just doing it wrong.
  10. Even if he is, the Jets aren't going to make a trade like this to someone in the conference, much less their own division. The Bills would have to overpay an extreme degree to not be laughed out of the room.
  11. Honestly fine with it. Black Friday is a scam.
  12. Sometimes I wonder how people even manage to get dressed in the morning.
  13. I mean I'd want out of Carolina too. The Cardinals aren't really much better though.
  14. Let's be honest, Tua doesn't remember beating Allen.
  15. This is with Diggs being pulled early in a few games too because the Bills are doing too well. Pretty incredible.
  16. Oh totally. I'm all for seeing somebody else start to eat at McKenzie's snap share, but we don't have to be mean about it.
  17. Allen is the single most dynamic player in the NFL right now. I don't know how many of you are watching a lot of other games but if you put on RedZone it's painful to watch some of these other teams have to scheme around poor QB play. We're getting spoiled quickly (and I love it).
  18. I can understand being frustrated with a player having a poor game but man this post is just in bad taste. With that much vitriol you'd think he stole your wife.
  19. He definitely had a really rough game yesterday, and it'd be nice to see the rookie's role expand in the offense. I do think McKenzie is solid for some goal line plays, gadget plays, and match up specific stuff where he can burn you deep. He's awful at the contested catch though, and seems to be slower in processing/the scramble drill. I was a big supporter of him before the season began but it's been peppered with big time mistakes.
  20. Similar to Brady in that regard. Rodgers doesn't give a ***** about the Packers. It's my take that he might actively dislike the organization. Their best skill position player is an RB. He's checked out and cashing out.
  21. Kelce's great but I feel like Gonzalez was a better pure pass catcher and Gronk was a much better blocker. Kelce is excellent but benefits from a QB who improvises and makes a lot of time in the pocket. I think if you dropped either player from his prime into Kelce's spot they'd outperform him.
  22. It's not a dig at Hodgins so much as it is reiterating how much of a talent OBJ is as a WR. The people comparing Hodgins or Shakir with OBJ like they're even in the same conversation is kind of laughable. I think Hodgins is a rosterable NFL WR, but almost certainly a depth piece.
  23. OBJ would be better than Hodgins even with a torn ACL.
  24. DBs have to be reactionary in their cuts. They're chasing WRs around. That's more stress than someone who knows the route they're running and adjusts their body/positioning accordingly.
  25. I do the same thing. VPN + Game Pass purchase via Bolivia (they accept Paypal). All the games with Primetime games for under 100 USD.
