  1. Well the crowd has all the excitement and passion of a bunch of hungover dads watching a pre-k soccer game.
  2. They sound extremely uninterested in the game. Their tone feels like I'm listening to NPR or something.
  3. These refs are awful.
  4. He looks cooked. I went way too RB heavy in my draft, so I see Jacobs riding the bench for a while.
  5. Pour one out for my fantasy team that started Jacobs in flex instead of Reed...
  6. This is where I land. I want to add that I would feel better about this if Beane had a long track record of drafting skill position players early and often, so we wouldn't need to be looking outside for talent. Maybe the last two drafts are a shift in philosophy, I can't say, but I'm not sure it's been enough.
  7. It's wild to me that everyone is ignoring James Cook so I'm gonna say Cook. He's deadly with the ball, just needs to catch it.
  8. They must be confident his level of play is going to continue to rise, because at his best he's been an average RT. I'm not trying to discount his insane ceiling, but it doesn't feel like a priority extension unless he seriously proves it this season.
  9. They didn't have a 3rd round pick though. So you're advocating Worthy at 28, giving up more resources (I don't even know what those would be, but likely not insignificant) for Coleman, and losing Cole Bishop and DeWayne Carter picks. That doesn't seem very logical to me.
  10. I agree with the sentiment that Beane should have at least double dipped at WR this year in the draft, but I don't see any path where they could get both Worthy and Coleman without giving up significant resources to do so.
  11. Williams and Hamlin are the only two pieces of the defense that is concerning to me. To McD and Beane's credit, that's pretty impressive that we have 9 very solid other guys starting. It's the tackling for me more than anything else. They've both taken a lot of bad angles, over pursued, and made some big mental mistakes. Hopefully he's been coached up and the year in the system has him ready to play. Losing Milano was such a gut punch (again).
  12. He's certainly a top 10 talent when you put all of his traits together, but if you're just looking at classic QB traits (processing/audibles, passing strength, ability to navigate and step up in the pocket) then he's going to look unfavorably. His statline looks way better than it was because of the YAC from Likely. So yeah, he's definitely overrated, but still a good QB with a multi-dimensional set of skills that help hide his deficiencies. In my opinion, he should not have won MVP again.
  13. That loss is on the MVP and the Flowers miss.
  14. Likely is nuts. Single handedly saving Lamar's bacon
  15. Wow wtf happened there? Horrific
  16. I mean sure, but I'm pointing out that it isn't really just Coleman v. Worthy. There was other value there. I don't think Coleman is going to bust either.
  17. Let's see if Worthy is looking great in November after his 170 pound frame is getting suplexed for 8 weeks straight.
  18. What if Coleman busts but DeWayne Carter becomes an All-Pro?
  19. Whelp, I'm sure everyone will be rational about this development...
  20. MLS would be proud of that flop from Mahomes.
  21. That was an excellent play by Likely, but of course Collinsworth is ball washing Jackson about it.
  22. That doesn't seem ideal.
  23. I haven't been paying close enough attention but have the Ravens been jamming him up at the line?
  24. That ball was so far behind Flowers' stride. You can't be okay with this performance if you're a Ravens fan.
  25. The Bills O-Line should be considerably better.
