  1. Jackson hasn't thrown a pass more than 3-4 yards yet...
  2. Yeah but that doesn't fit the NFL narrative so they won't call it. I'm surprised they haven't randomly called grounding on Allen yet.
  3. Isn't the Ravens defense supposed to be good? What a mess.
  4. I'm excited to see how he does. I like him a lot more than Dorsey.
  5. Cris is the girl at the tailgate and Mahomes is the Kiko Alonso jersey, if you catch my drift.
  6. I wanted Beane to draft Humphrey and Trey Smith so bad...
  7. We haven't had that kind creativity in offense since Daboll, or maybe ever, so I'm not gonna pretend the Bills could have done that if we drafted Worthy.
  8. They only threw it because they knew the illegal formation flag would offset it.
  9. All these illegal formation flags are really gonna make the season watchable. Great job NFL.
  10. I still think we get 11 wins though.
  11. Is there a situation where both lose? I actively dislike both teams. If I have to pick, I hope the Chiefs get clobbered (don't really see it though).
  12. I seriously didn't think he would make the team. He's the new Cam Lewis to me, a guy who is seemingly there for no reason. I just hope Cole Bishop can get up to speed quick and take the starting job. I could be entirely wrong here, but with him and Williams in the starting lineup I expect we'll see more of the same tackling problems that have plagued the McD defense since he arrived.
  13. None of that makes me want a pepsi over a blue light.
  14. Worthy and Coleman have the best landing spots, so I'd expect them both to be successful. If Coleman can continue to refine his route running I think he's going to be great for the Bills, but the work needs to be done. We'll see how far catch radius and elite hands get us in the meantime.
  15. This is the Jets best coach of the last decade. Let that sink in. Their QB not only has CTE but has melted his brain with psychedelics. Their GM traded for a guy who very publicly stated that he wanted a new contract, and now they refuse to give him a new contract. The Jets are a clown show. They've had top 12 picks consistently for the last 5 years and have nothing to show for it.
  16. Unless the offense monumentally struggles I have a hard time seeing the Cardinals win this game. Their defense is going to be bottom 5. We have too much talent at CB for the game to get out of hand, in my opinion.
  17. 16-13 Bills. The Bills rarely look right week 1. I bet this game stays close to self inflicted wounds and both teams try to play the possession game to eek out a win. Ultimately Bass gets 3 FGs and the narrative about him shifts.
  18. I think this needs to be said more. Diggs wasn't only paid to be a number 1 WR for 17 weeks a year. The lack of post season production from our top wideout is one of the major reasons we kept getting booted from the playoffs (along with the defensive scheme not working against the best QBs). For all his naysaying he's more of a reason we haven't won against the Chiefs then Allen has ever been.
  19. Thanks, I appreciate the breakdown. This confirms what I was thinking, the Diggs drama and subsequent trade screwed over what was an average dead cap previously. We can have the benefit of hindsight now but I don’t really fault Beane here.
  20. Yeah I want some context here. What’s the average dead cap across the league? 30 million of it is from Diggs drama, so I don’t know if you could have really known that was gonna happen when you extended him.
  21. I'm betting a lot of the highly regarded offensive head coaches employ a similar style and see a lot of positive feedback. Reid got some play from a Janitor once, being open to ideas and listening to critical feedback is almost always a good thing. I'll never have the ego of a NFL coach, but it seems like a good thing that Brady is actively trying to check his and realize that the guys executing the plays might have some good feedback on what works.
  22. He wasn't driving a Cybertruck, as far as I know. I agree with other posters that the main reason he isn't suspended is because the legal process hasn't played out yet. It's kind of a joke, but so is the NFL when it comes to fair and consistent suspensions.
  23. I think situational play calling is lost in the numbers here and I think that's the biggest difference between Dorsey and Brady. Brady's offensive playcalling just doesn't leave me wondering "WTF was he thinking?" nearly as often as with Dorsey. Whether or not this translates to more success moving forward remains to be seen.
  24. I didn't say any of it was made up, so I don't know why you quoted me.
