  1. So you came in here with a complaint (after a win where he was barely even targeted) and offered no solution-great thread
  2. It’s obviously really easy for us to be able to say “they need to ignore it” and I would say for the most part athletes do a really good job of that. Yes they gets tons of praise, lots of money, all that stuff, but I’m also sure we all have no idea how much hate they receive on a daily basis. Death threats, threats to their family, people telling them how much they hate them, how terrible they are…after a while it has to add up. sounds like Matthieu just happened to reach his breaking point
  3. So let me make sure I'm getting this right - the guy wants to be traded away from a Super Bowl contending team?!?! Sounds like a great guy to have on your team
  4. So honest question, if the Bills had won last week and were 5-1, would you still be feeling this way? All of those teams have some close wins over teams they should've beat easily and they all have some easy wins. I'm finding very hard when I look at those teams to find one of them that have both an offense and a defense that can keep up with the Bills offense and defense. Not saying these teams can't beat the Bills, but I don't look at any of them and think the Bills can't beat them
  5. So then not to bring up old stuff (but to completely bring up old stuff) didn’t heinicke do the same thing when he scored against the Bills? I get they are trying to protect the QB, but shouldn’t the action happening around the QB come into effect? The closest defender wasn’t that close edit: to be clear, I actually think in both instances they are touchdowns, just pointing out he made the same play against the Bills.
  6. I would hope that as grown adults we can all read a room, but as a dad I may also try to find an opportunity for my son or daughter to get a picture with them at an appropriate time. I think going up to the table while they are eating is odd, but perhaps as they are leaving I might try to stop them to get a quick picture with my kids.
  7. Draft position obviously
  8. I don’t think these guys play “angry.” They play with a lot of passion for sure, but I don’t think anger is a catalyst for them. Angry is what the Rex teams were, stupid penalties left and right. For them to come out of the KC game and say it was just another win (yes I know we all know different) I can’t imagine that this game means more to them. That being said, I expect to see a team laser focused though on getting the job done convincingly this week
  9. Seems incredibly unnecessary and a huge disadvantage to the team that wins. Best case scenario they play 6 days later, and the teams that win on that Saturday wild card weekend have an extra 2 days off that they didn't get. Dumb, just dumb - although that hasn't stopped the NFL in the past
  10. What kind of a corner do you think the Bills will get for that?!
  11. So it's almost as much investment as the Ravens have put into getting Jackson receiving help (multiple firsts, seconds, and thirds, high priced free agents)....except ours seems to be paying off!
  12. Did they really do anything? Or were your expectations off? The Bills scored 4 offensive touchdowns, they had big play after big play, chewed up tons of clock on that 4th quarter drive. The third quarter was a let down, but was that the defense, the hour plus delay, the weather…the Bills could’ve put up 500 yards easily if the weather wasn’t a factor
  13. Edmonds was all over the place, he had a great game. He blew up a couple of running plays and the play where he was somehow guarding Hill he made Mahomes make just a terrible throw
  14. People are definitely making a mountain out of a mole hill with this. Just reading through the comments on this thread alone people are making so many assumptions. Maybe, just maybe, the gameplan was to get the ball to the running backs and Knox. Diggs and Sanders were going to get theirs regardless so that doesn’t leave much for Beasley and Davis
  15. Any reason? Or just pessimistic?
  16. Jones potentially missing the game is HUGE! Not sure how I didn’t know this until this morning, but that’s a big blow for an already weak defense
  17. If the Bills do what they should be able to do against the chiefs defense then that’s going to help out big time on the other side of the ball. If the chiefs can’t stop the Bills, their offense is going to become every predictable and basically a 2 man show. Gotta come away with points virtually every drive, especially early, with a majority of those scores being touchdowns
  18. The NFL would never move the game forward for a very simple reason….TV. NBC would never go for that and the NFL wouldn’t move a game up that starts in prime time
  19. I hope this is the correct answer! I don't even know if they need sacks, they just need constant pressure and Oliver needs to be a big part of that
  20. Am I missing something here? Do other continue to see something in Feliciano that I don’t see? Is he really that much better than Boettger? This is an honest question, not trying to troll or steer an argument. To me, I don’t think he has played much better than Ford (although that’s not saying much) but people continue to give him a pass because he has a “nasty streak” and wasn’t picked in the second round. Granted it was the Texans, but that line they had today looked pretty good
  21. A totally washed up Eminem is still better than 99.9% of the current rappers out there, and there have been tons of acts during the half time show that you could consider washed up. The NFL wants the nastalgia thing, that’s what will Bring in more viewers. They don’t care if guys like us watch, we are going to watch the game no matter what, they want more eye balls, and this halftime show will definitely do that
  22. Yeah no one wants to hear a couple of the greatest artists at their craft all do a show together 🙄🙄
  23. Up until the last couple of games last year, it can very easily be argued that Taron Johnson was by far the worst player on the defense (including the resident whooping boy). It seemed every ball thrown his way was caught, he missed tackles all the time-he was terrible. Then all of a sudden it clicked and it had just continued to click since probably the last quarter of games from last season. He has really turned it around and become a very valuable part of this defense
  24. Up until last year no one would’ve blamed McDermott For just taking a knee there-no QB in years had earned the trust of the head coach to try and get in field goal range. It’s obvious Josh has earned that trust and he showed why. There’s no question at this point that Josh is in the same category as Mahomes, Rodgers, Brady, and Wilson
  25. That should get the “Josh gets too hyped up” Crowd to quiet down some
