I heard that Detroit is out because they are installing new turf. My completely uneducated guess is that they will choose a stadium from a team that isn’t in the AFC East, west, or north so they can avoid any perceived advantages for either team

NFL Week #18 - Around the NFL Saturday edition
Ya Digg? replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
Is this comment meant to be sarcastic? You get the 1 seed however possible. If I’m the Chiefs I’m not apologizing for getting the 1 seed this way, I’m fact I’m laughing about it all the way into the playoffs. Asterisks, teams apparently not wanting the 1 seed, complaining about neutral field games….what is going on around here?!?! -
NFL Week #18 - Around the NFL Saturday edition

People and their obsession with an asterisk-who cares?! The butt hurt that some people get before something has even happened is astounding! First of all, who is giving an asterisk? Other teams fans? Cool, that would just be jealousy because their team didn’t win. The NFL certainly won’t put an asterisk next to anything. just enjoy the moment if it happens and just let it go if someone says there should be one. Hell, I will gladly wear a giant asterisk above my head at the Super Bowl parade if it happens!! -
The Real Importance (?) of the Number One Seed/Home Field Advantage
Ya Digg? replied to Gugny's topic in The Stadium Wall
It is, if there are 8 teams no one gets a bye-otherwise if you give the 1 and 2 seeds a bye they will end up with a bye for 2 weeks -
They have been doing it longer and they are the team that has ended the Bills season the last 2 years!! How are you not understanding that? It’s ironic that you call Josh a puppy because your whole point has become a puppy-really fun, it’s cute, but completely harmless Today must be your first day on here if you think the Bengals don’t get talked about
-
Unless you’ve been under a rock people have been talking about the Bengals all season. Everyone understands they are dangerous, your analogy (as has been pointed out several times) is pretty disingenuous. Burrow gets a lot of praise around here, but Mahomes and the Chiefs have been doing it consistently for longer. if people weren’t giving Burrow and the Bengals enough credit, why was everyone on here last week calling it the game of the year?

If Chiefs win on Sat. does Bills/Pats game matter (much)?

Yes it does! Win this mother f-ing game for Hamlin and Murphy! -
Playoff Solutions Assuming they don’t replay the Bengals game.

The game was less than 10 minutes old! -
I’m not understanding the angle you’re coming from. You call for understanding and forgiveness for them telling the teams to warm back up, but then get upset because people left their names on large donations, as somehow the people who left their names off of their large donations did a better thing or the ones who “won’t eat because of their $30 donation” was less self serving. Who cares where the money came from or if they donated anonymously, isn’t the bigger deal that over $5 million was raised? this next part isn’t necessarily directed at you personally, but I have never understood the negative reactions people have when large amounts of money are used for a good cause. In this case when people have left their names instead of donating anonymously. Couldn’t it just be they wanted to donate a larger amount of money and didn’t care if people knew? That it wasn’t about getting publicity?

Now the Bills are playing the Packers?!?! -
Can we add the Bills for Sunday night football until Collinsworth retires?
-
Did you watch the game? Or just see that he had a touchdown? Pretty much caught the ball and got tackled immediately every time. He only had 40 yards receiving as the #2 receiver, again it’s a very low bar you are setting

The Phins; from 8-3 to 8-8. An epic collapse

Wait what?? Injuries happen to every team, how is theirs any different? -
Buffalo News analysis of Tremaine Edmunds this season
Ya Digg? replied to dave mcbride's topic in The Stadium Wall
I’m all for getting Josh more help, but holy crap the thought of Bernard or Klein starting the entire season scares me! -
Just one final thing with this. He’s playing as their #2 receiver right now. He wouldn’t be getting that much playing time in Buffalo. Seems like an alright player, I’m sure he will be in the league a couple more years, but he was never going to produce here (which is why he rarely was active on game days). I would be shocked if he Evers tops 600-700 yards in a season
-
He’s played in 8 games. If he was getting 30-40 yards per game with the Bills people on here would be wondering why he’s out on the field
-
No he’s not-he has a couple of touchdowns but that’s it. 3 touchdowns and 350 yards is a really low bar to set for someone ripping it up. Before last game he he never topped 45 yards

If Somehow Hyde Returns, We Win The Super Bowl
Ya Digg? replied to Dick_Cheney's topic in The Stadium Wall
Normally I would say yes to this, but we no longer have Blackshear and Hodgins, so those things basically cancel each other out. I mean how can the Bills possibly replace the almost 400 combined yards and like 4 touchdowns they have?!?! -
What are you talking about? According to some, they have superstar all world WR Isaiah Hodgins on their team!!

Bills open as 1.5 point favorites against Bengals(O/U 49)
Ya Digg? replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall
Not really, but people love that “us against the world” mentality -
Fair or unfair that’s how people look at QB’s. There were people on this board who mentioned the Bills should move on from Josh after 2 years, and he had led the team to the playoffs. Tua is getting crushed right now and part is that is because the dolphins are in danger of missing the playoffs. Herbert has had much more talented teams than what Josh had that year the Bills played Houston, but he seems to be getting a pass, with people blaming the coach, the defense, injuries to the team…but not a whole lot again Justin. Again he is incredibly talented, but he continues to fall short (as of right now)
