  1. So you attacking me is cool but me responding with your same tone isn't...got it. The call didn't decide the Super Bowl - it was one play. The Eagles had plenty of mistakes in the second half that had more impact than that. The Chiefs made adjustments, the Eagles froze with 30 minutes to go. If you want to include the refs in the loss fine, but to take away all blame from the Eagles is irresponsible on your part. The Eagles lost that game, plain and simple
  2. You're obviously sounding incredibly bitter - Bradberry himself even said it was a hold. Was it the refs fault that they gave up the easy touchdown to Toney? Or the easy one to Moore? Or the Pacheco touchdown? How about the 60+ punt return? You can blame it on the refs if you want, but it wasn't the refs fault they lost
  3. On the flip side, is your hate of the Chiefs blinding you to the fact that it was definitely a hold? The refs didn’t decide the outcome, the Eagles poor defense in the second half did
  4. Well the other guy who got the fully guaranteed deal was out an entire year-at least Lamar played!
  5. Ahhhh yes, Kyle Shanahan, the guy who has won as many super bowls as McDermott. The guy who actually lost the game for Atlanta because as an OC he refused to run the ball. The guy who choked when he was up 10 on the Chiefs….yeah that guy definitely deserves to be ranked above McDermott. At least the other guys on that list have a Super Bowl (although it’s been a while for most of them)
  6. There’s a huge, tight end size difference between what the Bills and Chiefs have. A QB must have a go to guy, and in your plan you are trading away Josh’s go to guy. Trading away a top 5 receiver in the league and not getting back a #1 receiver would be a monumental mistake-just ask the Packers! people need to calm down with this whole “Diggs is turning back into a diva” thing. Why, because he was frustrated and has voiced it? That makes 99.9% of the people who post in the GDT divas so they need to go as well! That’s how that works, right?
  7. Crazy to see Mahomes doing that to his entire division!! He’s definitely getting the Brady treatment in his division, his opponents are garbage! Denver and Las Vegas aren’t going to be good any time soon, and I’d be willing to bet the Chargers miss the playoffs next year
  8. To me this is manipulating stats to fit what you want it to fit. Let’s be honest to have any stat that has Hodgins rated higher than Diggs does not pass the smell test
  9. Haha I love reading the comments from older players and internet tough guys when they talk about older years and “when men were men.” As if trying to keep themselves safe makes them less manly. Are some of the rules a little ridiculous, sure, but also look at how many former players have life long complications because of hits they took during a game. people talk about guys like Jack Lambert like he was this amazing player, toughest guy, all this stuff, when in reality he was mostly a cheap shot artist playing a kids game. Todays players are in fact bigger, stronger, faster than what players used to be (and please don’t mention individual players, I’m talking about players as a whole) because of the fact they play and train year round, so yes rules do need to be put in place to protect these guys. Has Brady benefitted from these rules, obviously yes, but so had Josh and every other QB. The whole “back in my day” talk just sounds like sour grapes to me
  10. Pretty clear? How so? You think it’s clear he wants to leave a top 2-3 QB in the league?
  11. That’s an overreaction-definitely not worth trading him for a 5th or 6th
  12. Yeah and up until about midway through last year there was talk that he could possibly be fired at the end of the season
  13. I don't think Taylor is in the 1B category.....for a portion of last year there was a lot of talk that he was going to get fired at the end of the year. They then went on their run and had a better year this year, but he was not doing well for a very long time
  14. That's what it was....why was I thinking Pro Bowl? Did it happen around the Pro Bowl time?
  15. Didn’t that one running back for the patriots blow out his knee at the pro bowl? Pretty much ended his career
  16. I feel like this is the discussion forum equivalent to “yeah I kissed that girl when you guys weren’t looking. Also, she goes to another school so you wouldn’t know her”
  17. They changed the rule so something that is obvious doesn’t have to be challenged. Take off the tinfoil hat for that one
  18. You must be another one of these tough guys who doesn't think the Bills were tough enough, right?
  19. Yeah I don’t get all of the love for Saleh and McDaniel, not sure how flipping those coaches would have gotten the Bills a win in those games. What has Saleh shown in his 2 years that makes him as great a coach as people claim? Look at what happened to McDaniel as soon as someone figured out how to stop his offense!
  20. Haha I love all this tough guy bravado talk from so many, it’s hilarious! Especially when you throw in comments like “we need guys with attitudes like Incognito or Feliciano!” First of all, Incognito-yikes!!! Second, Feliciano sucked something fierce but he brought attitude and a mean streak, whatever that means. Reading lots of praise for Diggs (understandably) but screaming at people isn’t the only way to show passion. OBJ shows “passion” but people on here crush him and call him a diva, bad teammate, blah blah blah. Just because they are making a demonstration doesn’t mean they aren’t passionate about what they’re doing. I’ve heard for years how Quentin Nelson barely says a thing during a game and you would hardly know what’s going on if you watched his facial expressions, but you can’t tell me that guy isn’t passionate about playing football. Joe Montana, same thing i think many of you confuse skill level with being soft. The teams went through a ton this year and it does have an effect-that being said to do as well as they did, win as many close games as they did (which was the big knock on them last year) shows how mentally tough they are. If you want to talk scheme and all that I’m on board with that, but this argument that the players are soft has no merit at all
  21. Try-explain how my example is off and what you are saying is the way they should think about it. Again, it seems that your point of view would be an 8-9 team (hello Tampa) that goes 1 round further in the playoffs needs less changes than a 14-3 team?
  22. This doesn’t make sense, why aren’t you taking everything into account? What if the Bills had gone 8-9 this year, only got in because the division sucked, and somehow won games to reach the AFCC or even the Super Bowl? 8-9 would very clearly show issues, but according to what you’re saying, that shouldn’t matter
  23. Yeah I hate it when these movie companies promote their movies so people know when it’s coming out!!! Anger anger grrrr my kid does the same thing when he wants me to go to his games, always telling me when they are and stuff! was this the response you were looking for? Too much? Not enough?
  24. First of all it’s a bills site so of course people are going to defend the Bills. Second, you have some pretty terrible takes when you have negative comments towards the team and the negative reactions are justified. Criticism is fine but you have to be prepared to defend it. Can’t just say “I told you so” and think that’s a good enough argument
  25. So you’re pinning this on Allen? Guys aren’t schemes open, the defense has no teeth, the lines are terrible. Despite all that Allen still had 40+ touchdowns and is the reason they won the division again. His stats were nearly identical to last year, so how exactly did he regress? He’s the QB so he gets blame for the loss, but name a QB outside of Mahomes and maybe Burrow you would take? If he has regressed you should easily be able to name 5-6 at least (and please name Herbert so it can rip that one to shreds)
